Out Of Control Cop Beats Woman, Sexually Assaults Her By Beating Her Breasts, Then Arrests Her For Resisting Arrest!! (Videos)
This horrific event took place in Canada. A woman threatened to record an out of control cop and he went ape shit on her. One of these days, one of these pigs will run into the wrong person! I hope it is soon! A Canadian dental surgeon says an out of control cop beat her on the side of the road, slammed her face into the pavement after she was handcuffed, and committed a “sexual assault” by repeatedly hitting her breasts while she was restrained — all because he was infuriated she threatened to record him with her cell phone.

EDMONTON – A Camrose woman says she was left battered and bruised on Saturday following a traffic stop she will never forget.
Dr. Simona Tibu was on her way to see patients in Edmonton that morning, when she was pulled over by an Alberta sheriff for speeding.
Tibu claims the sheriff violently hit her window. When she opened it, he asked her to hand over her drivers license and insurance information.
“I advised him I would do so if he stopped hitting my car.”
Tibu also told him that if he didn’t, she would record him on her phone.
“At that moment, he became very violent. He took his hands through my window, hit my right hand, where I have bruises on it, smashed my cell phone out of my hands, and told me… ‘Get out of your car now.’”
She listened to the sheriff, who handcuffed her. With her arms behind her back, Tibu says the sheriff then began hitting her breasts.
Fearing for her life, she began to scream, hoping someone would hear her and help.
Tibu says that only made the sheriff even more aggressive. She claims he pressed his knees into hers until they were bruised, and pushed his pelvis into her back.
“I felt a hit in my head then he smashed my head on the pavement on the road until I was full of blood. Then he told me, ‘Now I’m going to walk all over you.’”
She remembers seeing a man show up, and eventually an RCMP officer and ambulance arrived at the scene.
Tibu was taken to hospital. She suffered bruises all over her body, including her breasts.
After speaking with an RCMP officer, she was shocked to learn she was being charged with resisting arrest, but the sheriff involved in the alleged incident wasn’t facing any charges.
“I am going to make justice happen,” she says. “No individual should be handcuffed and be beaten by the police. No women should be handcuffed by the police and be sexually assaulted.”
According to this post on West Coast Native News Dr. Tibu filed for and received a restraining order against one “Sherrif Behills.”
It appears the police have still yet to respond.

Police and local information sharing institution’s commonly post all information regarding the members of the communities they have accused of crimes and arrested. It would be more than fitting for citizens to do the same using public social sites to list possible allegations against public officials, by the letter of the law we are still the ones all public servants are to be held accountable to, the public citizens, it is still a nation of the people by the people for the people, they still work for us it’s never been the other way around. So members of the local population may either see it in their own best interests to avoid areas under the eye of corrupt public officials, some may even seek to exact revenge in the form of accountability on police officers hopefully they’ll do so in compliance with the law, but as it has been so often in the news lately many police officers completely disregard the law towards citizens rights and they do so with complete impunity to the law, so remind them who they work for, or lose your freedom to do so.
Some cops were Dicks before they became cops. Some cops became Dicks after they received the badge.
Most cops aren’t like that.
BUT the bad ones even make the good ones look like Dicks.
Maybe some day the powers that are will realize that and blackball the dicks.

I’ve been pulled over by these Alberta sheriffs a few times, they actually strut to your vehicle with their inflated ego, They are nothing but highway patrol, they don’t have the power to do anything that deals with criminal law, I believe they don’t even carry a gun, just pepper spray a baton and a inflated mall cop attitude! The last one that pulled me over reminded me of chow from the hangover, complete with the white sunglasses. It was on one of our busiest highways and he was accusing me of flight from the cops because I waited and found a safe place to pull over. The second last time I got pulled over by a Alberta sheriff he was outside his cruiser taking a piss when he saw me and heard his radar go off. Thanks for your unwashed hands on my ticket Pig!!!
These cops are so lazy that you don’t even get pulled over unless you are exceeding the speed limit by 20kph. That way the tickets are worth while. Lazy egotistical mall pigs is all they really are and unfortunately this lady paid the price of Sheriff Behills ego.
This kind of thing can only happen in a police state. In a free society, where the government is “of”, “by” and “for” the people, these kinds of abuses don’t happen because there are safe-guards in place that heavily air on the side of caution. i wonder what would happen if….. average Joe gets pulled over and abused, but unfortunately for the cop, mr. or mrs. Joe has a very controlled, but extremely well trained violence within him or her. after a bit, Joe says enough is enough, and proceeds to violently, and very effectively defend himself, turns the tables on this piece of garbage, leaving the cop laying there in helplessness.
then afterwards calls the meat wagon to pick the cop of the ground. oh wow, the dash cam was on recording the whole scene, with undeniable proof that copper was in the wrong and becoming violent and abusive to mr. or mrs. Joe.
unfortunately for Joe, though, them a-holes will try to find a way to stick it to Joe, regardless of video evidence.
