About the only thing that makes sense in a very insane period. Certainly seems they are making preparations for the ‘survivors’ of X event, when you take into account the resources that exist are simply inadequate (understatement of the year) to control, feed, house, whatever, 300 million plus people.

There is truth to this. I asked one of the military guys I know about this exact story and I was told that the training that is happening in sept/oct is training for a nuclear attack. He said they don’t know what they will be doing but it will be training of a nuclear attack. I also asked them if he knew if they were training with the Russian military his answer was flat out no.
On the same note while I was outside smoking about 4 guy’s dressed in swat team gear also stepped out for a smoke and all four of them spoke in Russian. Could be being paranoid on that point but I didn’t know Swat teams were made up of Ruskies. It def caught my attention though.
