A female United States Military Veteran, enjoying shade under a tree after marching in a “No War with Syria Rally” this weekend in Philadelphia, was arrested and brutalized by Federal Parks Police, another fine example of fascism in America.
After Federal Parks Police asked Emily Yates to move from under the shade of a tree by a park bench and she asked why she could not stand there, they arrested and brutalized her, according to the video below contributed by YouTube user, Steve Piotrowksi.
“I spoke to the person who filmed this directly,” Joshua Barry said. “He is a member of my page I manage. He assures me, and I believe him, she did absolutely nothing unlawful leading up to this encounter.”
