cafr = comprehensive annual financial report, every municipal government and agency has one, school systems have them, departments of transportation have them, courts have them, water departments, etc etc..
Incidentally, if you were to look up your state, county and city government on Manta.com you would find something very few people know of. Did you know that your state government, your county government and your city government are all corporations? Many people know this, HOWEVER what many do NOT know, is that they are ALL PRIVATE CORPORATIONS!!!
Who is the party of interest in these PRIVATE CORPORATIONS???? That is the 69k dollar question!
