Police update statement, say only 1 officer shot in Roseville, Calif.; 3 others hit by shrapnel – @FOX40
A second law enforcement officer has been shot in a Sacramento suburb after a confrontation that occurred during a joint investigation by federal immigration agents and local police.
Officers have located the suspected holed up in a house. Shots have been fired at officers on scene and a second officer was injured. It’s unknown if the injury is from a bullet or flying shrapnel caused by the shot.
The suspect is described as an Hispanic adult male, wearing a dark colored beanie, grey short sleeved shirt & white pants. Roseville PD is warning residents to not approach the suspect, but to call 911 immediately.
Earlier Roseville Police ordered all media helicopters out of the area and has requested that the media refrain from reporting exact locations.
Residents were urged to stay inside and lock doors and windows as officers search for Duran, who was described as armed and dangerous. He was described as Hispanic and wearing a gray, short-sleeved shirt and dark-colored beanie.
With the police activity, roads in the area are cordoned off and expect traffic on nearby Interstate 80 to be heavy.

A militarized drill was going on in the area at the time of the incident. Many of Anderson Cooper’s interviewees look very similar to the people at the Sandy Hook Elementary and Aurora cinema massacres, and also appear to be walking around in never-ending circles near the suspect’s location. Someone who looks very much like Glen Rosen, but in a red jacket this time, has been giving melodramatic and tearful interviews explaining how he tried to take the next-door neighbour into his holiday home which just happened to be next door. Several grainy photographs of someone purporting to be the gunman have been released to the media. He is apparently wearing an NRA baseball cap.
The suspect has a history of internet useage and psychiatric prescriptions. Neighbours describe him as a loner and as not having been seen in the area for many years.
President Obama has been addressing the nation to vow revenge on anybody who attempts to perpetrate ter’rist attacks in ‘Merica. He implies that many of these people are returning veterans of foreign wars, and Christians. His fingers punctuate all the meaningless phrases and open-ended cliches with specific hypnotic trance induction signals. He thinks it is time that all assault weapons, right down to the coloured plastic toy guns as used by children, should be registered, and background checks done on those who still own them. He reassures us that funding will not be denied to the DHS and TSA to enable them to keep us all safe by using new and non-lethal weaponry. He says that if drones had been authorized for use in this situation, it would never have occurred in the first place.
Senator Dianne Feinstein is saying to anybody who will listen that this goy is the kind of person who once perpetrated a holocaust on the jews, and it must never be allowed to happen again; at least not before a new law is passed to ensure that all survivors and their children and grandchildren should be financially recompensed.
As the tragic details of this latest meaningless act of violence are being paraded endlessly before a thoroughly cynical and brain-dead US population, word comes in that the suspect has been taken out in a hail of gunfire, and the house he was hiding out in has been set ablaze from end to end, unfortunately frying the woman next door and her 2-month old baby.

Hmmm…interesting. So one guy took out 4, tied up dozens of other guys, vehicles, equipment, helicopters, a whole neighborhood block….for hours and hours.

We just had 3 Albuquerque police officers and one Bernalillo county Sheriff officer shot by a guy who had a guy call the cops and then waited for them to unload his assault rifle at them. He also stole a police car, high speed chase ensued and was shot dead at the end. Crazy stuff going on all over.
