I wondered about all those signs that just magically appeared over night ? ? ? ?

I have worked in the government on and off for 40 years. During that
time I became quite familiar with requisitions, bidding, awarding contracts
etc. It is a time consuming process with bean-counters and pencil-necked
bureaucrats every step of the way. The simplest request takes months not
days or hours.In less than 8 hours of the shutdown, miraculously, professionally
printed 3X4 foot signs appeared all over the country in the tens of
thousands saying-”this [park, facility, etc. with custom logos] closed due
to government shutdown. There has not been a government shutdown in 17
years. These signs were designed, specifications were determined, signs
were then requisitioned, bids were posted and vetted, government contracts
were awarded. The materials were then ordered and the signs manufactured
then distributed U.S. Mails or freight companies.This shutdown was orchestrated and planned well in advance at least
6-8 month ago and not by congress. Millions of tax dollars were appropriatedand spent in this process. There is a paper trail a mile long leading directly to the White
House.People do not realize just what we are dealing with!

Glad you brought this up! Yes, those signs are well designed, very specific
and probably not only took months to make, but a whole lot of moola.
We are witnessing a very well orchistrated event that I am sure this
is just the beginning of. What a bunch of liars these guys are that are
controlling all this. The American public has and is being dupted left,
right and center.
so what department ordered them and who where the printers, since they are public contracts where are the contract but you have to admit and give the printers there credit for keeping there mouths shut
NOW which Congressman or Senator owns or has contacts with a printing company or companies this should be investigated cause Im sure they got their pockets lined as well

These signs could be made very easily and quickly. Pick your document or image program of choice. Copy paste, write some text, print, laminate and put some grommets on the corners. Sign ready for zip ties. You could do most of this through the self-serve equipment at kinkos. Go to office depot or a craft store for the grommet tool. Large format printers are in existence. Even entire billboards are printed.
These signs not made by a hard working Chinese workers. These signs are made by prisoners in a Guatanomo. You’ll be making signs too soon enough.
LOL You people are experts at gov’t purchases 20 years ago. Not current knowledge at all. Sorry. Look into government purchase credit card system. It is normally used for purchases under 3,000 and office type supplies. Trust me that $3,000 limit can be raised without too much effort. I used to be an authorizer (managed the cards for my unit) for a special operations unit. There are general rules and limits but a lot of things can be waived for specific ‘operational’ needs. It made our life so much easier and really enhanced payment to our regular vendors. It was a win/win situation to push many of our regular purchases to the card.
I was never a regular civilian government worker, but if you take into play that the GSA has become government gone wild and are no longer the guys that enforce ‘fair play and fair buying’ efforts for the government. I’m sure all it took was sending out some lackey newbie with a design and go down to kinko’s to get it done.
YOU AMERICANS ARE THE MOST STUPID PEOPLE ON PLANET EARTH. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WILL HALT A COUNTRY AND SHUT IT DOWN.
But on the other hand I love to see America go down. This is payback for all the war crimes. And I love the thief in the office Hussein. He is their to ensure the NWO plan is executed properly. Its only a partial shutdown , designed to inconvenience the public and take the emphasis off the governments wayward style. Whats going to happen if they cant resolve the debt ceiling , how are they going to keep the country going?

This shutdown, like you state, has been in the works for some time. Last one we had was under Clintons, which states the debase intent behind all of this.
