The video and the circumstances clearly show she was trying to get away, not run someone over. You are not allowed to shoot a fleeing suspect. Therefore, she was illegally killed. What level of criminal culpabity is involved is up for argument, but the assertion that she had to be killed is laughable.
This woman does not have a baby and she was not killed. Her family has not viewed the body because she is not dead. On that day, Washington, D.C. was a movie set.

This was the culmination of a 4 day drill that started Sept 30th. This is conditioning. I believe what we are now seeing is the mixing of the world of man with the technology and control used by the Watchers for millennia. In the day’s of Noah nearly every bit of life on this planet was altered in some way by the fallen Watchers, and we are on the precipice of the same event happening again in an accelerated fashion becuase instead of millennia the amount of time is far shorter. The video from this appears to be just like a movie set and this is exactly the type of sterile conditions that would be created for the purpose of performing a working test of Watcher tech mind control, and it’s not so different from the sterile set of controlled conditions science creates in a laboratory for the testing of scientific theory. Since the Watchers are about to enact their final run on humanity they are sharing their technology in an open state with world leaders and this technology is now being both implemented and tested openly. This shared technology is designed to control all aspects of our environment without drawing attention to the individuals behind the scenes so it’s work appears to be the natural procession of events. It can’t make you do anything but it can make you want to do anything believe that it is the right thing to do and it will seem as though nothing is out of the ordinary, and that it is your own thoughts that you are responding to, which unless you know exactly what to watch for and guard yourself constantly, it is almost impossible for an individual to not follow through with what they are being told to do. For a long time it’s been used for good and bad so to water crops and heal the sick for individuals that pray for it, and it also inspired a German leader to exterminate millions. If this is what I think it appears to be then also many individuals behind this are also no longer entirely human, and humans are now being regularly employed to directly fight against our creator hand in hand with the fallen ones. Considering the type of work our currently elected leader is doing through obama care with implants, that stands in direct opposition of the laws that govern this land and he’s getting away with it with almost no fight from us I would say that we are witnessing the implementation of Watcher tech by humans and former humans in government for the purpose of ushering in the final phase of human history, apparently it is performing very well becuase no one is fighting against it, lots of us are trying to it’s just getting side tracked at every turn.
