Natural  or  Man-made?

We now have the power to move hurricanes. Humanity has reached the point of meddling with the delicate balance of the planet’s atmosphere. At one time the sun was the main driver of weather, but now we can tweak the process by which we absorb energy from the sun.  When you wield the power of a hurricane in your hands, you are holding your finger on the trigger of a whole new kind of weapon. What kind of disasters could you cause?

PG&E has been behind weather modification in California since 2008.  When this information was released, people were left in disarray, asking “Wait a second… our weather is going to be controlled by PG&E?” Most do not realize that these programs date back to July 31, 1980. They were conducted by the Navy. This is a major problem. Nobody voted on this, but now, it is in your backyard; it is in your air and in the clouds. NASA is currently conducting tests in our ionosphere, like AIM(Artificial Ionospheric Mirrors). “The AIM concept is discussed in terms of a specific technical approach, the use of ground-based, very high power, RF waves to breakdown the atmosphere.” There has now been an artificial ionosphere created by rockets dispersing . We need to look at the effects of this on our atmosphere.

How might this affect human populations who have become adapted to certain climates? Might this change their growth and evolution? Could this be the cause of immune deficiency problems related to the thyroid and the rise of hyper-resistant bacteria like Staphylococcus Aureus? Could it be a causal factor in brittle bone illnesses in the youth? What are the effects on plant and animal life? Could this be the reason why the honeybee populations are decreasing so rapidly? These are questions that need to be answered.
