The flooding (September 2013) of the Colorado deep underground military bases prevented the bombing of Syria. Some powerful higher dimensional beings intervened. Twelve inches of rain in four hours and a week of more heavy rain in an area known for its dryness is far beyond the abilities of the weather manipulators in the Pentagon. Also the Pentagon was not planning to flood its redoubt in the Rockies. Intuition states 92% was flooded, including most of the underground facilities under the Denver International Airport. Billions in damage and years to rebuild.

As this flood stopped World War III, it can be compared to the Kamikaze Winds which sank Kublai Khan’s invasion fleets off the coast of Japan and the gales which sank half of the Spanish Armada off the coasts of England and Scotland.

The rumour is that underground bases extend from Cheyenne Mountain near Colorado Springs to Laramie Wyoming. The rains hit the mountains hardest west of Boulder, Colorado. Heavy earth moving equipment was seen moving towards the canyons above Boulder as the rains started. The man who saw the equipment said he had never seen such designs before and he is a machinist. Someone was worried.

I do not believe anyone was drowned underground. They had enough time to evacuate. The vertical column of water in the elevator shafts could be one to two miles deep. Access to the underground equipment would have to be by bathysphere. None of the electronics could have taken the pressure. It will take years to clean up.

It is likely the deep bases near Washington DC were damaged by the mysterious earthquake of two years ago. The politicians and generals do not have two of their fall back posts.

Canada lost its redoubt under Banff, Canmore and Kananaskis Alberta a month earlier with the Calgary floods. Again, unnaturally heavy rain fell in a small area in a short time. These bases are far smaller than Colorado’s. Toronto later flooded as well.

With the Atlantic hurricane season a dud and the earthquake machines not working, the idiots in charge of mayhem are now trying to create an economic crisis. There will be another intervention of some nature. I have no idea what that intervention will be.
