I didn’t see any sexual harassment. I saw a cop professionally have her perform the three accepted standardized test and one non standardized test in a professional manner. I guess the contributor is seeing what they ‘want’ to see. The officer did a good job in this video. He also treated this young lady with respect and dignity.

The officer acted in an appropriate manner. He was polite, respectful and conducted the appropriate tests. In addition a female officer was present and patted the girl down. At no time was there even the slightest sexual overtone in this video. I do not see any form of sexual harrassment in this video.

I’m not one to defend police harassment or brutality, but these officers are just doing their job. She was wearing more clothes than anyone at any beach. This was a professional traffic stop, and judging on her condition it’s probably a good thing they took her off the streets that night!

She was definitely drunk. The officer did not abuse her. He did the public a favor and did his job proving she deserved to be put in jail. Drinking and driving kills innocent people all the time. He did not dress her up to go out in public the way she is. You can not find fault with the officer, if this woman chose to dress like that in public it is her fault not his.

That cop was as professional as could be. I’m not one to defend cops, but I didn’t see anything out of the ordinary in that video. The cop didn’t make her do anything excessive, he wasn’t looking at her butt/legs, and he didn’t make any unprofessional comments. He even allowed a female officer to pat her down. Good for him.
Bottom line, the girl appears to have been rightly busted for DUI, and the cop was simply doing his job. Her attire was immaterial.

Never consent to any field sobriety test, you have the right to do so but most people don’t know this. Tell the police you do not consent to any test without your lawyer being present. They will lie and say you have no choice and that they will charge you if you don’t submit. Don’t fall for it, the only charge they are looking to make is a DUI and they will say and do anything to get it. Now you can’t refuse a breathalyzer, if you do they will charge you anyway, so just take the breathalyzer because you may pass and let go. Never consent, tell them you are adhering to your right to remain silent and don’t say nothing, it will not help you. You know when you get pulled over and they ask you where you coming from? They couldn’t personally care less where your coming from, they are professionally interested to gauge what you have been up to and if you have been involved in any illegal activity. Keep your big mouth shut no matter how much they threaten you!

And another thing, maybe everyone has lost their ability to realize the world around them but… say you’ve been awake for 24+ hours, you get in that “#### it all” mood and then you’re pulled over. Lights flashing so brightly that they could land a space shuttle- flashlights shined in your eyes. You’d be in the SAME condition she was in. “Driving Under the Influence” is a blanket term. Technically you all drive under the influence of oxygen consumption and chemicals every day- if you didn’t, your body would stop functioning. Flawed, through & through.

There was no harassment of any sort here. There was no “over and over again” of the field sobriety test, as the caption would have one believe. Each of the exercises performed by the young lady was part of a normal field sobriety test. I even heard what sounded like the voice of a female patrol officer in the background at the end of it. This officer behaved in a professional manner, gave her a proper field sobriety test. He did not ogle her or make any commentary other than the established field conversation necessary. If anything, he was very nice to her, making her feel comfortable throughout the procedure. In an age where we see videos on YouTube of officers exceeding their authority, we must always try to remember that these are but a few of the hundreds of thousands of law-enforcement professionals out there putting themselves on the line for their communities. Most are good, decent men and women doing the job they chose to do in a manner consistent with the high standards we hold them to. This video, while interesting from an information standpoint, is a non-event.
