Freedom Highways to Restore the Constitution

Interestingly enough, the protesters of the National Security Agency’s ability to warrantlessly spy on Americans, are prohibited from protesting outside their data center in Salt Lake City, Utah. They are not allowed to set up shop outside of the data center because it is a miliary base, but these Utah residents have more resilience than that. It appears they are using their right to gather and peaceably assemble in conjunction with adopting a two mile stretch of highway right outside the location of the NSA data center, in a movement to stop the NSA warrantless wiretapping and spying on Americans, and abroad. They have labeled this new technique Restore The Fourth. They decided on this tactic as a result of the stipulations of adopting a highway. These protesters have secured their two mile stretch, and with the contracted agreement between the Utah Department Of Transportation and the protesters allows the protesters to gather on the side of the two mile stretch along with signs to be provided by the Utah Department of Transportation in the coming weeks. In the words of Utah Department of Transportation sources, the D.O.T. is not concerned with the politics of the movement, as long as the protesters uphold their three time yearly maintenance requirements.

“As long as [Restore The Fourth-Utah is] following safety protocol,” Gleason said, “we’re happy there are people applying to keep litter off the roads out there.”

This movement comes on the heels of a nationwide movement called Overpasses For Obama’s Impeachment, Truckers Ride For The Constitution, and the Million Veterans March as of recent due to an over reaching Federal Government that is beyond the reigns of public accountability. These events or movements have been met with prejudice from law enforcement, and have in some cases protesters have been arrested and dispersed. This information that we as a public can unite in a national adoption event brings calm to the atmosphere when the fact that under the contractual agreement, the only requirements are to maintain the highway stretch adopted for a period of three times yearly, and no law enforcement official is permitted to infringe upon and or disperse the movement.

Clearly this movement could be put to use to protest more than just the NSA. This attempt to Restore the Fourth Amendment, and bring to a grinding halt the NSA and their ability to spy on the American Public, or We The People can be adopted by the Overpasses for Obamas Impeachment movement. Although, one should note that the state D.O.T. can deny the adoption request depending on the message to be delivered. For instance an example of a denial to adopt a highway for a message in Georgia. The message was an inherently violent one, and it does not assist those that seek to enlighten the ill informed and unite all walks of life regardless of political affiliations. The Georgia request was one from the Ku Klux Klan in June of 2012. The Georgia D.O.T. denied this request for more than obvious reasons. However, because the anti NSA group request to adopt a highway was granted it implies that their message was unification not division. The KKK group request in Georgia was denied because of the message. The Georgia KKK request would have ignited a civil war between African Americans, and Caucasian individuals, and this is unacceptable. Semantics are everything, and perhaps a request from Overpasses for Obamas Impeachment would be denied, but a request to adopt a highway to Restore the Constitution, or Recall Career Politicians, Restore the Original Thirteenth Amendment http://www.uhuh.com/constitution/am13-fgd.htm  etc., It could be a message that pertains to GMO’s and Monsanto, it could refer to the Second Amendment, it could be a message against the DHS, but the bottom line is, whatever the message, it must be a peaceful and unifying one. It must be deliberate and direct, informational, motivational, and precise.

Imagine the possibilities. Groups may select different messages to unite against, or We The People could select the same message nationwide. There are enough Overpasses movements, and more than enough Patriotic concerns that we can unite, and have County Chapters Nationwide. This could actually be the fuse. The Overpasses movement has expanded, but law enforcement can still arrest the protesters and disperse them. Under Highway Adoption protesters have their right to be present secured as long as they are upholding their portion of the contract agreement. With a maximum mass of protesters We The People could essentially secure more than a two mile stretch. We The People can secure and control the bill boards on those highway portions, and We The People can level the so called playing field. Three times yearly maintenance is significantly less than the average person tends to their own lawns within their own personal dwelling.

The real question concerned Patriots should be asking themselves is what have we left to lose? If the answer is nothing only our freedoms, and liberty to gain, what is stopping you. This is the kind of movement We The People have been seeking. This is a movement of enlightenment, and awakening. This is the opportunity to reach commuters of the like and all walks of life in a single instance. It is your opportunity as an individual to get involved. There is no room for fear of failure, as there is no reason to be fearful of arrest and or other types of reprimand. We The People are fully capable of reigning in this CORRUPT GOVERNMENT. This is our Icelandic opportunity, and as you read this, the clock is ticking. As you may well be aware, this is the “eleventh hour”.

Now I ask you, should you remain inactive while knowing the consequences of doing so, does that not make you complicit, and even complacent to corruption? Does one not realize that doing nothing is the act of obedience? Our Founding Fathers did not sit and do nothing. Our Founding Fathers would not sit and do nothing in the face of tyranny in the present day either. Our Founders did not fight their tyrannical over shadowing government in vain, and you who do nothing allow their sacrifices to be in vain, for those of you whom have neglected to remember the truth of our History have overlooked the fact that not all those who fought in the Revolutionary War lived to enjoy the liberties that were secured. The soldiers of our military do not “defend freedom” so the public becomes complicit and does nothing. Our Founders did not give us priveledges after defeating the Red Coats, they passed a legacy of common sense down through The Constitution of these united States, that was intended to last throughout centuries. Thus far, our Constitution has sustained nearly three centuries of man. It is your duty as an individual to fight for the rights of your children, and to secure our blessings of liberty, and the right to pursue happiness and posterity.

Ask yourself which is more important doing nothing and gaining nothing, or taking action for the children of the future. Our children are worth the sacrifices of doing what is right. Individual freedom is worth more than “protection” from the state. ” When one chooses safety over freedom, they deserve neither safety nor freedom.

Iceland had a very successful Revolution. It was successful because it worked, and it was non violent. Not only did they successfully rid themselves of the corrupt government officials, they arrested the corrupt bankers and they relinquished the national debt which allowed them to improve their economic woes. Egypt had a similar movement, although their movement was not in any way peaceful in comparison to Iceland. Egypt was in turmoil, and even though it was not in any means peaceful in comparison, it was initiated through a peaceful protest. It lost its peaceful valor as a result of infuriated activists of the newly elected Muhammed Mursi. The elected Muhammed Mursi was a violent President as Mursi was literally ordering the persecution of Chrisitans in Egypt if they did not abide by the teachings of the Quran and Allah, according to the Muslim Brotherhood, those who worshipped other than Allah shall be beheaded.

Why is it that these countries had successful Revolutions, yet the American People had no knowledge of the Icelandic success, and the Egyptians success was downplayed by the U.S. Government, and the National Media. The answer is the National Media that is controlled by the Federal Government, and corporate interests that make all the behind the scenes decisions about the fate of our once great nation. In order for our nation to be restored to its greatness in which it was founded We The People must get involved. There is no way we can depend on the National Media because as we have seen time and time again, their agenda is not befitting to the public or the best interest thereof, but rather the one of the corporate greed that consumes and molds our elected officials.

For the instant that our liberties are completely lost, they will never again be restored. It must combine all walks of life regardless of political affiliation, in an effort to celebrate our First Amendment right to Freedom of Speech, Press, Religion, and to Peaceably Assemble and to excercise it, in order for our nation to reclaim the GUARANTEED Freedoms once bestowed upon it! Besides, what have we to lose, if the highway is free, and there are millions supporting the Restoration of our Constitutional Freedoms? Three times a year, and there is nothing to worry about in terms of being reprimanded. Are you fearful that it can and will work if you the individual emits your own personal labours and effort into Reclaiming your Freedom.
