How Does This Keep Happening? Police Tase Man For More Than 40 Seconds Straight! (Video)
(N.Morgan) The police forces are losing their perception of reality, when it comes to the citizens they have sworn to protect. We are no longer human beings to them, just livestock to herd around and bully. What are your thoughts on this situation in the video?
Police brutality, as defined is:
Police brutality is a civil rights violation that occurs when a police officer acts with excessive force by using an amount of force with regards to a civilian that is more than necessary. Excessive force by a law enforcement officers is a violation of a person’s rights. Excessive force is not subject to a precise definition, but it is generally beyond the force a reasonable and prudent law enforcement officer would use under the circumstances.
Force should be used in only the minimum amount needed to achieve a legitimate purpose. Police brutality is a direct violation of the laws within the police force. The use of excessive force is also a direct violation of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S Constitution regarding cruelty and protection of the laws.
So with this in mind, the man in the video,if we go by the definition above, his civil rights were beyond violated, in this episode of police brutality and excessive force.How much more will we take? Here’s the story behind the video: This man was a passenger in an accident,that hit 5 parked cars. The driver fled the scene. Bystanders held this man until police arrived. He tried to walk away,stating he wasn’t the driver,which he wasn’t. Police are investigating whether the officers actions were justified or excessive.What do you think?. Count off 40 seconds and imagine the pain this man suffered.

Not uncommon ,though abuse of totall innnocele seem to be on the rise.Good thing he didn’t have a pacmaker,heart stent or other serious health issue or they would be explaining his death to his loved ones.
I wish those officers that practiced such abusive tactics would experience some of what they inflict on others.No,not a short taze or pepper spray but what they dish out.
They are paid to protect and serve,not torture and abuse.
It’s called torture by sadists who need the death penalty.

Thank God I don’t live in the USA because from what I have seen on youtube videos, the American police seem to derive some sick pleasure at torturing and brutally beating detained persons; and often without any justified reason for doing so. It appears that this problem is endemic throughout the American psyche because it also occurs in the prisons; and in their gulags like Guantanamo and Abu Ghraib. It seems to be the American way. Of course one cannot condemn an entire country for what some of the citizens are doing but is there one penal institution in America or under American control where this extreme torture does not exist? It would be interesting to hear of it.
Also due to the ignorance of the American law-enforcement officers, they do not realize that they are creating a huge monster which is going to come back to haunt them sometime in their future; because one can only reap what one has sown and I believe that the coming catastrophes are going to impact them in a very significant way and whent that happens, they will not receive any sympathy from the citizens.
I take umbrage to your comment. You do realize that the people in prison are there because they do not follow societies rules? And once incarcerated they have no reason to stop their ways, And you cannot tell me the prisons in Europe have the same issues. If you want to complain complain about women and children being killed by cops in the middle east for what we would consider an infraction of the law. Police officers are trained to elevate the level of restraint only as much as is needed to control the situation and when in control to lower the level to a minimum. I know I took the training classes, but could not become a cop due to an injury. I agree though that some cops get the superman ego and those are the ones that need to pay, Just I wish all you foreign people would stop thinking us americans are war mongers and sadists.
