Obama apologizes, What difference does it make?

Articles of Impeachment introduced on Eric Holder. This is confirmed, but it is useless in light of the President, and his lawless administration. The responsibiliity should not fall on just Eric Holder, but on the entire Obama administration. Valerie Jarrett, Eric Holder, Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Jay Carney, and others in the Democrat Party. If impeachment has intent to hold to account those that have violated this country, and our basic rights then it must be made obvious that we seek more than the impeachment of Attorney General Eric Holder, but accountability for the entire adminsitration.

Amusingly so, Secretary HHS Kathleen Sebelius, stated that it is not the fault of the insurance companies, unlike Obama claiming it is the insurance companies fault. Sebelius also rebuked a statement of question on whether or not the President was responsible for the Obamacare rollout. She spat  “its not his fault!” She was vehemently defending the President, and the health care law that has been a complete disaster. I find it amusing that the Obama adminsitration is now prepared to jump through hoops of fire to promote “damage control”, the idea that the Obama adminsitration attempted to pull the race card has become laughable. No one with an iota of intelligence is giving Obama the pass this time, nor are they allowing him to slip in the race card anymore.

Charles Krauthammer predicted that Obama would have a revolt and that revolt would come from within his own party. That has happened, today this afternoon when 39 Democratic Congressional Members, voted for an alternative fix for Obamacare, other than what the President proposed yesterday. The 39 Democrats is only the beginning when it becomes clear, that the President is losing control of the Democratic Party. The one page clear and direct bill inroduced by Fred Upton was clear deliberate and simple. It stated, if you have coverage in the individual market, or wish to seek coverage in the individual market you can do so. It also does not mention any requirements that the insurance companies would have to offer, however the President in his political temper tirades none other than the usual response ” I will veto the bill the House of Representatives sends to my desk..”

Why would the President, or Democrats such as Harry Reid, Barbara Mikulski, Barbara Boxer, Chuck Schumer not agree to bring this bill to the Senate floor for a vote? Maybe because they now understand quite a few Democrat Senators careers are on the line. There is more and more support growing to save the careers of these red state Democrats, as opposed to walking the plank for the President, who cannot run for political office again after this term is finished. The other reason Barack Obama has threatened to veto a bill of this measure that actually passed by a bipartisan vote of 269-137 because to undo the insurance packages that have been cancelled, will allow people to opt out of the Obamacare exchanges. Also leaving the option to buy other plans as opposed to being directed to the exchanges, so therefore dismantling the marketplace and unraveling the monopoly the insurance companies that are within the guidelines of Obamacare regulations, presently hold.

President Obama knows there is no way the insurance companies will be able to successfully reinstate these packages that were previously in place prior to his “grandfathering in clause”, not to mention, there is question of his legality to alter the Health Care Law yet again by Executive Fiat. Barack Obama is losing his allies in the main stream media, and it is going to be difficult if not impossible gain that truce again. All over the country, overwhelmingly his own supporters are starting to call him out as a liar. Barack Obama is making a walking contradiction of himself, he is accepting responsibility, but he is using a word like “but” which is a word that has a double meaning. It is a word that comes behind a positive statement, and when used the word “but” itself indicates a negative comment to follow.  For example, ” I love the design on your dress, but, the color is so drab.”  This is not possible, to take responsibility followed with the word but.

The lesson that can be learned here, is the same as the burgular that gets caught breaking into his neighbors house. Is the burgular truly remorseful for the action itself, and is the apology sincere? Or is the word used “I’m sorry” which the context of the word actually puts the person offering the word sorry in a position of inferiority to those they are “apologizing” for. The question to be asked, is if given the opportunity to commit the same crime would they, or would they choose another option? If the answer is to choose another option, then the conclusion can be that this apology was sincere,  but if the answer is due to the factor of being caught then how can the apology be sincere? Perhaps we should tell the President to keep his apology?

Greta Van Sustren with Kansas Insurance Commissioner Sandy Praeger, the insurance policies of previously cancelled insurance packages might not actually be available to these individuals now. President Obama quite possibly made the mess of Obamacare just that much worse. The Premiums of previously cancelled packages will likely increase. The individual market might be cheaper than Obamacare, but Obamacare will still be implemented under Barack Obamas new proposal in 2014. The proposal passed in Congress would be indefinite that you would be allowed to keep your previous coverage.

What I would do, I would first take the I.R.S. from in between you and your doctor. I would regulate the maximum premiums for a family of four, and an individual flat rate for each family of more than four individuals. I would make it illegal to turn someone away because they don’t have insurance. I would make it illegal to turn away pre existing conditions, with a special coverage provider pool, consisting of multiple providers which creates competition. Not insurance companies that are under the same mother umbrella. Also under the “exchange” I would distribute all funds presently contributing to the D.H.S., and other non essential Government Bureaucratic henchmen, and distribute those funds into medical research, and discovery. I would contribute those funds to expand on the physician base, and build more medical schools, and provide better access to homeopathic medicinal practices. Homeopathic, being a pharmaceutical, chemical free solution to common colds and bacteriums. I would promote these methods, as they do truly promote good health, and they are relatively low cost, in comparison to the costs of pharmaceuticals.

If I was in charge, I would allow cross state markets. I would not force providers to carry maternity coverage when they are of the male gender. I would not force women who have had surgeries that sterilized them to buy maternal coverage. I would not force children to use contraceptives, and under the right of choice, I would make it illegal to get an abortion unless of course the circumstances risked the life of the mother, or if the child would be birthed with such deformities that might be considered as an injustice in such cases as trauma to the child, and other undesirable situations.

I would offer the insurance companies incentives for providing competitive coverage, like tax breaks. I would also recommend each state pass their own more in depth documentation of adequate public accessible health coverage within their state. I believe it is the states individual rights to determine ultimately the scope and depth of the Governments ability to legislate, as it is the responsibility of the states to fine tooth the legislative processes the Federal Government applies. It is also the states right to determine how far the Federal Government is allowed to regulate every aspect of an individuals life.

I believe Obamacare is an opportunity to reevaluate the Federal Governments authority and how much is too much for the Federal Government to have access to in terms of the public they are accountable  to. Obamacare is the sink that can never sink, unfortunately for the Democrats, the name of that ship was the Titanic.The Titanic too was unsinkable, but a combination of an ICEBERG, and a STEEL SHIP, made for an alternative outcome. I wonder will Obama go down with his ship? A good Captain always goes down with the ship, will Obama go down with Integrity, and honor the code of the sea, the Captains code?

Of course there is always the obstacle Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid holds, and that is being the Majority Leader, who will sit on a bill to undermine the President’s health care law. The question is aer there enough Red State Democrats in the Senate, and Blue State Democrats that are shifting Red that will be able to force Reid to bring a bill that would force the President to keep his promise to the American People. This bill would essentially allow Americans with private coverage the ability to truly keep their coverage indefinitely. Unlike the President’s fix he offered just Thursday Nov. 14, 2013 President Obama offered to allow individuals to keep their plans only until 2014. Congressman Fred Upton’s bill that is a simple compact one page bill that specifies if you have current coverage  and prefer to keep it, you can keep it irrelevent of whether or not it meets Obamacare “standards”.
