Bible To Be Banned As "Hate Speech"?
Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson’s views on homosexuality have been condemned by many as “hate speech,” yet his words were infinitely less savage than those contained in the Old Testament.
If we are to accept that Robertson’s rhetoric represents hate speech, then the Bible should immediately be banned because it openly incites violence against gays.
Compare what Robertson told GQ Magazine to what appears in Leviticus 20:13.
Robertson: “It seems like, to me, a vagina — as a man — would be more desirable than a man’s anus. That’s just me. I’m just thinking: There’s more there! She’s got more to offer. The Supreme court said that hate speech is allowed under the first amendment if i doesnt incite violence. You could argue that Leviticus 20:13 would do that which essentially means that part of the bible would be banned under the constitution as defined by the supreme court. It is one slippery road. I suppose whatit comes down to is respect. Have you ever met satanic gay person? Neither have I. Are we not all sinners? What happened to being tolerant and loving thy neighbour? Homosexuals are much more prone to pedophilia than the rest of the general population. Common sense and common statistics bear this out. If gays comprise 1% of the population, and if gays are no more inclined to engage in pedophilia than heterosexuals are, then it would follow that only 1% of child molesters would be gay. In other words, the next time a case of pedophilia comes up in the news, it would be a once-in-a-blue-moon event, or a 1% chance, that it would involve a homosexual. However, reality belies this. If you took the next 100 cases of pedophilia to come up in the news (which is a random sample), will only 1 out of those 100 cases involve a homosexual molesting young boys? No, clearly it is much, much more than 1 out of a 100. So given that, if gays only represent 1% of the overall population but yet represent way more than 1% of the child molesters, then basic probability and statistics tells you that there is a vastly disproportionate amount of pedophiles in the gay population as compared to the overall population. Hence, homosexuals are more prone to pedophilia. One perversion feeds and breeds other perversions. The Bible warns us about homosexuality for good reason.

Consider the following lack of evidence for the theory of evolution in the fossil record:
There is no physical evidence from the fossil record of anteaters with shorter and progressively longer snouts. The theory of evolution would have it that the anteater evolved its long snout gradually over millions of years. So at one point, according to the theory of evolution, there had to be an evolutionary ancestor to the modern anteater with a short snout, let’s say a 1 inch snout for arguments sake. Trying to equate gay rights with civil rights is an insult and a disservice to the black community, who voted overwhelmingly for Prop 8 in California. Liberals/gays and their supporters—in their attempt to portray homosexuality as natural and normal—like to equate someone being born black with someone becoming gay. This is an erroneous analogy. Being born black is of course natural for someone of that race and it is not a sin. But the Bible deems homosexuality a sin and nature itself tells us it is unnatural and abnormal. So to link the civil rights of a race of people with the agenda of a segment of our population that engages in deviant, abnormal behavior—behavior that is deemed an abomination by the Holy God of the Bible—is an insult and great disservice to the black community who, by enlarge, are believers in God and the Bible. The Christian position is that natural behavior should be subservient to deliberate thought and action based on moral opinion, in their instance, biblically inspired.
By extension, the same philosophical foundation being used by gays can equally cover a wide range of behaviors to include, gambling fanatics, the drug addicted, fornicators, pedophiles, and animal friends. While gays are outraged by the association, the basis for their rage is really just opinion, which is roughly the same position held by Christians. Gays want to be excepted on the idea they were born that way and are acting naturally, If gays can be born that way, why not drug addicts? or pedophiles? or polygamists, or the animal lovers. Same slippery slope logic gays want to use to suit themselves but are not willing to extend the same consideration to those other groups. That is a logically inconsistency.

I am a Christian… And the way that I look at it… I will not have to answer for what they do… Most gays already know what the bible says about it, and as Christians, we need to accept the idea that they won’t accept what the bible says regardless of what part of the bible you quote.. I have had multiple discussions with gays that say they are Christians and they are blind as to what the bible says on the matter. They insist that since the bible says “God is love”, then their love for another man must be from God..
However they fail to see in Romans 1 where it says:
