There’s this too, and I feel it is probably more accurate than all the hype about “whales” and such already having cashed in because I also believe there would be repercussions against banks that did such exchanges as Poppy 3 states. Dunno for sure though.

There are no problems with Iraq, no problem with Maliki. Maliki is not an issue. He is there to do a job and will be there to the RV.
