General’s plan would unite tea parties with 1 common voice

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Retired Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely, chairman of Stand Up America, has just unveiled the liberals’ worst nightmare, a plan to unite the tea party into a vast army to turn America back to its constitutional roots.
The plan was one of several steps Vallely announced Sunday afternoon while speaking at the South Carolina Tea Party Convention.
“We’re in a battle for America. We must save America and today we’re going to do it,” Vallely said. “America is at a crossroads, and it’s up to us to take the right road and get this country back again. We’ve got to do it. We’ve got to stand up.”
Vallely has previously been at the forefront of calls to return America to her constitutional roots by removing “usurpers” from office. Among those is a plan to call for a House-led parliamentary style vote of “no confidence” in the Obama administration.
While such a vote would essentially send a message that Congress believes he has violated his oath of office, it would not be legally binding.
Vallely has said the American people are frustrated now because of the lack of leadership seen by those who claim to adhere to the Constitution and conservative values.
“The tea-party people are looking for leadership,” he said. “The next level is where do we go with the tea party?”
In an attempt to provide that leadership, Vallely said he sought feedback from various tea-party groups around the nation and is wanting to integrate them into a coordinated plan of attack to take back the country from the left-wing ideology spearheaded by President Obama.

I certainly support this plan. However, my druthers are that the Tea Party united with conservative majorities in the Republican Party. Conservatives cannot win the presidency and the congress by themselves. That’s how we got Bill and Hillary Clinton, thanks to Ross Perot splitting the Conservative. Clinton won by a plurality, not a majority.
But by all means, let’s start the ball rolling.
Sometime in late 1980, then-Col. Paul E. Vallely, the Commander of the 7th Psychological Operations Group, United States Army Reserve, Presidio of San Francisco, Ca., co-authored a discussion paper, which received wide and controversial attention within the U.S. military, particularly within the Special Operations community. The paper was titled “From PSYOP to MindWar: The Psychology of Victory,” and it presented a Nietzschean scheme for waging perpetual psychological warfare against friend and enemy populations alike, and even against the American people.
The “MindWar” paper was provoked by an article by Lt. Col. John Alexander, which appeared in the December 1980 edition of Military Review, advocating the introduction of ESP (extra-sensory perception), “tele-pathetic behavior modification,” para-psychology, psychokinesis (“mind over matter”), remote viewing, out of body experiences, and other New Age and occult practices into U.S. military intelligence. Alexander’s paper was titled “The New Mental Battlefield: Beam Me Up, Spock.”
But the subsequent paper co-authored by Vallely went way beyond ESP and the other paranormal techniques advocated by Alexander: “Strategic MindWar must begin the moment war is considered to be inevitable,” the document stated. “It must seek out the attention of the enemy nation through every available medium, and it must strike at the nation’s potential soldiers before they put on their uniforms. It is in their homes and their communities that they are most vulnerable to MindWar….
“To this end,” Vallely and co-author continued, “MindWar must be strategic in emphasis, with tactical applications playing a reinforcing, supplementary role. In its strategic context, MindWar must reach out to friends, enemies, and neutrals alike across the globe—neither through primitive ‘battlefield’ leaflets and loudspeakers of PSYOP nor through the weak, imprecise, and narrow effort of psychotronics—but through the media possessed by the United States which have the capabilities to reach virtually all people on the face of the Earth. These media are, of course the electronic media—television and radio. State of the art developments in satellite communication, video recording techniques, and laser and optical transmission of broadcasts make possible a penetration of the minds of the world such as would have been inconceivable just a few years ago. Like the sword Excalibur [King Arthur's magical sword—ed.], we have but to reach out and seize this tool; and it can transform the world for us if we have the courage and the integrity to enhance civilization with it. If we do not accept Excalibur, then we relinquish our ability to inspire foreign cultures with our morality. If they can then desire moralities unsatisfactory to us, we have no choice but to fight them on a more brutish level.
“MindWar must target all participants to be effective. It must not only weaken the enemy; it must strengthen the United States. It strengthens the United States by denying enemy propaganda access to our people, and by explaining and emphasizing to our people the rationale for our national interest in a specific war.”
Leaving nothing to the imagination, the document concluded by emphasizing that MindWar should employ subliminal brainwashing technologies, and weapons that directly attack the targetted population’s central nervous system and brain functioning: “There are some purely natural conditions under which minds may become more or less receptive to ideas, and MindWar should take full advantage of such phenomena as atmospheric electromagnetic activity, air ionization, and extremely low frequency waves,” the paper concluded.
The “MindWar” paper was disturbing, for reasons beyond its fascistic and occultist content. For one thing, Colonel Vallely’s co-author was a PSYOP Research & Analysis Team Leader named Maj. Michael A. Aquino. Five years before the circulation of the MindWar paper, Special Forces Reserve officer Aquino had founded the Temple of Set, a Satanic organization which was the successor to Anton Szandor LeVay’s Church of Satan. Aquino would soon be grabbing headlines, which persisted throughout the 1980s, as a leading suspect in a nationwide Satanic pedophile ring, that particularly targetted daycare centers on such military bases as Fort Bragg and the Presidio (see article, p. 21).
Furthermore, Vallely and Aquino’s MindWar scheme is remarkably similar to the Total Information Awareness (TIA) program launched by the Donald Rumsfeld Pentagon, under the direction of Irangate figure Adm. John Poindexter. Ostensibly, the Total Information Awareness global propaganda and mega-data-mining plan was scrapped after a series of negative news stories, but Pentagon sources have reported that the program was merely “taken into a black box.”
Indeed, on Aug. 16, 2005, The New York Times’ Philip Shenon revealed that a super-secret Pentagon “special action program” called Able Danger had tracked Mohammed Atta and three of the other Sept. 11, 2001 hijackers a year prior to the attacks; but Pentagon lawyers with the Special Operations Command refused to allow the information to be shared with the FBI, for fear of exposing the data-mining program to any public scrutiny. The Times learned of Able Danger from Lt. Col. Anthony Schaffer, who was the program’s liaison to the Defense Intelligence Agency at the time.
Colonel Vallely’s association with Aquino did little to stall the former’s military career advancement. A West Point graduate, Vallely retired in 1991 as deputy commanding general of the U.S. Army of the Pacific. From 1982-86, he headed the 351st Civil Affairs Command, placing him in charge of all Special Forces, Psychological Warfare, and Civil Affairs Military units in the Western United States and Hawaii.
Today, he is practicing what he and Satanist Aquino preached in the MindWar paper, and is one of the leading propaganda assets in Vice President Dick Cheney’s push for military confrontation with Iran—one that could see the United States carry out the first pre-emptive nuclear attack in history.
General Vallely, now retired from the military, is a senior military commentator for Rupert Murdoch’s shrill Fox TV News; is a “client” of Benador Associates, the premier public relations firm for the neo-conservative cabal in Washington; is the Military Committee chairman for Frank Gaffney’s neo-conned Center for Strategic Policy; and is the co-founder, along with Gen. Thomas McInerney (USAF-ret.), another Benador client, of the Iran Policy Committee. IPC is yet another neo-con front group that: 1) promotes the Mujahideen-e-Khalq (MEK), a group on the State Department’s list of International Terrorist Organizations (for assassinating a number of U.S. military officers in Iran); and 2) demands U.S. military action to impose “regime change” 1n Tehran, through such measures as a massive bombing campaign against Iran’s purported secret nuclear weapons labs, and a U.S. Naval blockade of the Straits of Hormuz. Recently General Vallely co-authored a book with General McInerney, titled Endgame—Blueprint for Victory for Winning the War on Terror, which borrows, philosophically, from his and Aquino’s original MindWar rant (see interview with Vallely on p. 13).
The ‘Jedi Warriors’
General Vallely, Colonel Alexander, and Lt. Colonel Aquino (ret.) are but three leading figures within the Special Operations community, who have promoted the application of New Age and outright Satanic practices to the art of war, conducting experimental programs aimed at creating a Nietzschean “Übermensch warrior.”
In preparation for this article, EIR has interviewed a number of senior retired military and intelligence officers, who have identified, from their own personal experiences, a number of other leading military officers who promoted these efforts and funnelled massive amounts of Pentagon money into “black programs,” testing the military applications of a whole range of bizarre “non-lethal” techniques and technologies. Some of the top-secret programs funded by taxpayer dollars over the past 25 years betray a significant degree of outright “spoon-bending” lunacy. Others lead directly to the doorsteps of Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib military detention centers, where prisoners have been turned into human guinea pigs for experimental torture techniques, drawn from the same New Age bag of tricks.
And The New Yorker magazine investigative journalist Seymour Hersh, in a Jan. 24-31, 2005 article on “The Coming Wars,” mooted that the Special Forces “black programs” may now have ventured into the field of “pseudo-gang warfare,” in which counterinsurgency methods blur with insurgency.
Quoting from a September 2003 San Francisco Chronicle article by Naval Postgraduate School defense analyst and Pentagon counterinsurgency advisor John Arquilla, Hersh hinted that U.S. Special Forces units were being unleashed to create their own terrorist “pseudo gangs” to more easily infiltrate terrorist groups like al-Qaeda. Arquilla wrote: “When conventional military operations and bombing failed to defeat the Mau Mau insurgency in Kenya in the 1950s, the British formed teams of friendly Kikuyu tribesmen who went about pretending to be terrorists. These ‘pseudo gangs,’ as they were called, swiftly threw the Mau Mau on the defensive, either by befriending and then ambushing bands of fighters or by guiding bombers to the terrorists’ camps. What worked in Kenya a half-century ago has a wonderful chance of undermining trust and recruitment among today’s terror networks. Forming new pseudo gangs should not be difficult.”
Arquilla added, for good measure: “If a confused young man from Marin County can join up with al-Qaeda [a reference to John Walker Lindh, the so-called American Talibani—ed.], think what professional operatives might do.
There is very little need to infiltrate groups or put professionals inside. Islam needs no agitators or infiltrators. They are fundamentally fighting the good fight for Mohammed. Read their writings. They will not be done until everyone submits or dies. Just keep arming them, financing them, and buying their oil.
There are three things that I try to put forth in my blogging, in reference to these sorts of conversations, that I believe are important at this stage in the course of these events.
I have never listed them as a strategy before but I think they are an important part of our going forward at this time.
1.)
We need, to some degree, to play their Psy-Ops back against them only with truth not lies; like they do (truth is much more powerful). I have listened to a couple of psychologists on the subject and realize that it is important (although I may not be good at it yet myself) to not let them always be on the offensive and make us walk into the way they want to talk about something. Whether it is global warming, or abortion, or business killing regulation, or one world governance, or taking guns for supposed safety, etc., etc.. We need to be on the offensive and shame them on their anti freedom, anti rights stance. I hesitate to get into it here because no matter what the issue it gets convoluted, not because it is convoluted, but because they make it convoluted. That is part of why it is tough to do. The point is though that we have to boil their Bs down to the insanity of it and then bludgeon them over the head with it like they try to bludgeon us over the head with their insane concepts.
Well lets just try to in short take the man made global warming issue as an example.
Everyone was taught when they were even just a little child the basics that the earth started out as a mass of gas and particulate in the larger mass of gas and particulate in the solar system as it is in the galaxy, as it is in the universe. The earth condensed into a boiling mass of goo and gas and condensed more into a somewhat solid ball of this and was a zillion degrees of gravity compressed boiling and bubbling gas and goo. Then over another zillion years cooled and condensed more and the still very hot (compared to now) earth was filled with very hot steamy forests and many forms of cold blooded dinosaurs because the earth was so hot they did not need any internal warming mechanism, and then over another zillion years of cooling and heating and cooling cycles the hot steamy forests gave way to cooler climate and mammals and the hot and cool cycles kept cycling with a ever overall cooling trend.
Then zillions of years later and places like Greenland were referred to as Greenland because they were green and lush and great farm and orchard and vine lands.
Today the earth is so cool that even Greenland is for the most part a barren land of frozen glaciers.
The science is that most planets like ours start out as hot molten balls of goo and cycle cool/hot, cool/hot on a general cooling trend until they die as cold dead rocks in space unless some other catastrophe befalls them like collisions or exploding stars etc..
That was the science of our planet until the last 30 years or so, when all of a sudden these scheming internationalists and their stupid kiss but go along liberal butties decided to change all that.
Now, even though the science of all planets like this is to go from a molten beginning to a cold dead rock death they have decided that this planet is not going to do that somehow because little old man popped up on the planet earth it is going to overheat and burn baby burn.
Man, is somehow going to reverse all the science of the ages and burn the planet up.
Even though of course if you look to the long term trend it is still to cool to a dead cold rock.
They conveniently use the warming period from the start of the end of the last little ice age to state that all the history of temperature recordings is that the earth is on a warming trend well yes of course using that limited data it is.
No real scientist would do such a stupid thing unless they could not get government funding for their research unless they go along with the scam.

Well, the scam is that if the internationalist elite can get us believing that carbon is the enemy instead of the life giving element that it is and get us talking and working with them to eliminate carbon in our environment then they will have us brainwashed into helping them destroy life on the face of the earth to a point that will downsize life on the planet earth to a point that they the elite can have a much more manageable enslaved population to manage.
Then we will all be under their carbon element of life tax enslavement and we will have helped them put us and our children and grandchildren under that enslavement.
So, we have to take their Psy-Op and turn it around on them and go into their face on how stupid their supposed science is and how none of the long term scientific facts support it and how they better refute the origins of the earth and the so far uncontested hotness of the past and the dinosaurs and the hot forests and almost everything that has been built up over the millennia of man’s understanding of planets and the history of our planet to believe that our planet is not on a natural cooling long term trend.
We have to beat them over the head with it and then also we have to beat them over the head with how they are for enslaving the world with their one world governance ideas and plans and their carbon essence of life tax that if we are made of carbon and our carbon foot print has to be taxed then we are slaves to their gazillion dollar revenue generating carbon life threatening tax exchange scam in perpetuity.
We need to attack them unabashed and with the conviction of people about to have their entire future and posterity enslaved for all eternity.
Not shyly or being defensive but bludgeon them with it as they bludgeon us with their lies.
Bludgeon them with truth, the Constitution, the need to secure our rights and freedoms with no exception because if we can shame them into talking our talk of support of freedom and liberty and our rights then we have them talking in our ball field of rights and freedoms instead of their ball field of restriction and oppression.
2.)
We need to encourage all people to find their voice of true freedom (under our founding documents) that some breakaway whites, blacks, and Hispanics, and of course others are starting to find.
I truly believe that their is a renaissance of the spirit of the foundational principles of this nation that we can foster to become the backbone of the new revival of that spirit and those principles.
I truly believe that this is the reason that the international elites and their cohorts are trying so hard to instigate and to institute a reign of tyranny over us, at such a fast pace, at this point in history.
I truly believe that they are scared to death that this may be their only window of opportunity for a long time if they do not consummate their tyrannical governance over us all now, and fast.
I believe that they see that with the fast and vast reach of the information systems at the hands of their peasant population that they see that all peoples are starting to realize that they are not truly living in a free nation in the U.S. anymore.
They are scared to death that if a large portion of all or most segments of our society can become informed then a freedom movement can engulf that same large portion of our society.
I believe they believe that they need to move fast because the U.S. is the only bastion left of peoples that can still arm themselves to put up a fight against their idiotic plans of enslavement and eventual annihilation as all such plans of mass enslavement have always turned out as is recorded in all of history.
So, we need to encourage all and move faster than they do.
3.)
This too is a crucial part.
We need to take back your local schools and your local governments and let nobody pass up the ladder from your local governments to a higher office unless they believe and will truthfully swear the oaths to uphold and defend the Constitution and these United States of America from all enemies from without and within.
The local seats of governance are the gateway to higher office and if we in our individual communities, and thus collectively across the nation, stop the traitors there then we stand a better chance of fewer going rouge later, in higher office, and thus we stand a better chance of stopping them before they can do catastrophic damage to our great nation again.
If we can encourage the practice of these 3 things (and they will spawn a myriad of other practices) I believe that we can at least aid, encourage, and help to induce a populace that will be, in many ways, more ready if and/or when the time comes to rock and roll.

Every human being should have the same rights as the person next to them…no exceptions. Those rights can be suspended due to incarceration, but we should all start out with the same. I know that conservatives would do a lot better in states like California if they would stop making wedge issues a rallying point. California is ripe for a conservative candidate who makes the economy and the preservation of the Constitution central to the campaign. Of course there will be some that will run wild-eyed through the streets, claiming that gay rights leads to baby-eating and poop-festivals.
