FEMA Soliciting Companies For ‘Motor coach Evacuation of the General Population’
Less than two weeks ago, FEMA was seeking contractors who could supply biohazard disposal facilities, tarps and housing units. They have also recently been on the look out for companies who are able to provide food and drinks on a grand scale, presumably to the displaced who are living under the tarps or in the housing units.
Moving on a little, they have now realized they have no way to get all the displaced/forcibly removed people from their homes to the camps housing units, so they are looking for transport companies willing to work on an indefinite time-scale, indefinite quantity basis, to facilitate possible large scale evacuations.

In August of 2013, Janet Napolitano stated that she thought a major cyber attack against the US was coming. She also stated that THERE WOULD BE a major natural disaster affecting the people of the United States. How could she know that?

So, since Big Sis made these comments, FEMA has solicited/or purchased:
Dumpsters/biohazard waste disposal
Air transport for relocation purposes
Nutritional short Shelf life meals
Whatever it is…it’s getting closer.

Tell them to requisition General Motors of China.
Lets keep it simple shall we.
Then we the people can requisition a reliable company like FORD and American company to
evacuate Washington DC from all the corruption and guarantee delivery. I think they call that a revolution like when ford invented the assembly line. We can assemble them and line them right up for evacuation.
I did not see any liberals on that list, are the fema camps not UTOPIA? According to that list hell they have everything they want, compliments of the Government so lets place them on the list and send them to their utopia heaven. OH we keep freedom to ourselves. as we have in the constitution.

I hope the RFQ mentioned ~ “there probably will be sexual assaults aboard your vehicles that you will end up sued for ~ the type of people who cannot or do not evacuate themselves are known to engage in this sort of behavior. A take everything you can carry mentality doesnt change when SHTF, it actually gets worse when they think no one is looking.”
I do believe things are coming ~ things are bad ~ but ever step back and think ~ every time one of these FEMA RFQs comes out ~ what else would they be buying / looking for? Its not like FEMA is going to request quotes on Mickey Mouse Ears, Yoohoo, and jump ropes ~ know what I mean?
Just went over and read the RFQ for this FEMA/DHS joke, and joke it is. The quote is for (all purposes) a bus-shuttle-coach-service (think school bus shuttle with greyhound distances), to operate for 1-year under contract, with option for up to 4-one-year-contract-extensions.
Now, that said, evacuate from where, to where? Not given in the quote. Apparent frequency would be ‘ongoing’ (in other words, once it starts, it may not ever stop).
Interesting, that this would line up quite nicely with the supposition of the pending New Madrid event coming this spring, around mid-April by all accounts; and running until the calculated ‘Return of God’ on September 21, 2017…about 4-years, total.
Seems our government may know a LOT they aren’t caring to tell us. Love those public bid requests – you can tell a lot about the enemy, by the stuff he shops for.
