Police Break 13-Yr-Old's Nose For Refusing To Confess To Something He Didn't Do (Video)
(N.Morgan) Now the police have turned to child abuse. They now are treating children, how they treat us, adults. Don’t do what they want or say what they want, they’ll beat your ass. This is only going to get worse, if we keep permitting it. It is almost to the point you have to tell your children not to trust the police and don’t ever open the door to them.
Jonathan Garcia, 13, says a plice officer smashed in the face with his cell phone, for refusing to confess to a crime he didn’t commit. Neither one of the children involved in this incident were charged with anything and had to endure 10 hours of abuse and torture. Yes, torture. The police placed the other child, Giorgio Perez, 14,in a cell with a known sex offender, in Hulse Juvenile Detention Center in Vernon Hills and put him through a strip search.

They said they were playing video games in the basement of the Perez home when police came to the door and asked to see their shoes. The detectives allegedly told them that they had followed footsteps in the snow that led from several blocks away to the home. The boys said the men entered the home on what was a Monday afternoon and conducted a search without a warrant. Transported to the Waukegan police station, Garcia said that after he refused to sign some papers, an officer used obscenities, grabbed him by his arm and his neck, forcing him to spit out his gum, kicked a chair out from under him, causing an injury to the back of his head and hit him in the face with Garcia’s own cellphone.
Meanwhile, Perez, in another room, was threatened with juvenile detention. He said that after he was transported to the Hulse Juvenile Detention Center in Vernon Hills, he was strip-searched and told by a detective that a boy who was to be his cell mate had “sexually assaulted somebody.”
Again, if there are people in doubt about the US becoming a Police State, I think this is an excellent example to prove that our country has changed drastically and our children aren’t even safe in our own homes. The families have filed a federal lawsuit for the November 25th arrests and detainment of their children. Good, sue the crap out of these sadists and make them be publicly accountable for their crimes and abuses.

I hope the families don’t settle with the city–sue the ever living hell out of the cops themselves and bring them up on charges of kidnapping, cruelty to children, and anything else they can think up. A broken nose is profuse bleeding and a lot of swelling and those pictures didn’t show either. Do police brutalize people yes there are many real cases of this happening. The problem today is police brutality is real but we also get fake news thrown out there as factual to help create that riot it’s been said they need to lock the population down.
