In the past (when there was still film in cameras and tape in videos), an officer told me I had to hand over the film; ever since 9/11 no one can take picture or film of someone without permission of the one you’re filming. I did not know what to do, so I gave up the film to the officer and he destroyed it right there. Lets say nowadays they take the SIM card, damage or confiscate the filming device, and tell me some untrue or obscure distorted law justifying themselves? What then?

When you’re alone, whatever happens is your word against theirs [NOT GOOD]. Please do not say there are always witnesses. Please answer my question keeping in mind that if you’re in a small town where no one cares about you, they are not going to stick up for you. What then?

One more question please. My brother being forced to live in a nursing home in Hannibal, MO. Someone who made herself his guardian without telling his family and the nursing home will not let me see my brother. The nursing home called the local police and had them escort me off the premises. They told me if I came back on the property I would be arrested for trespassing. It is illegal for the nursing home to deny my brother visitors that he wants to see, yet the police back the nursing home up. For five years, they have kept my brother locked up not allowing me to visit.
