Americans to GOP: Stop Fighting With Obama and Impeach Him Already!

As Obama moves forward unstoppable with his plan to Socialize America the will of the people seems to be falling on deaf ears. Once again the the GOP has thrown out another threat to the office but we have very little faith anything will actually be done by a gaggle of Republicans who are, in some cases, just as corrupt as Obama is. When will they get the message that the American people want him impeached not just threatened! But are there any politicians in Washington DC who themselves have not committed an impeachable offense?

This past Friday, in an email to House Republicans from Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) Cantor accused President Obama of “effectively rewriting the laws” and calling on the GOP to fight to “restore the balance of power created by our Founders.” “President Obama has provided new clarity as to what constitutes an imperial presidency,” and “Declaring that he has a ‘pen and a phone,’ he has acted to effectively rewrite the laws of the United States.” Cantor said. This email has Americans screaming the question, ‘When are we going to stop fighting and start impeaching”?

While I am not a huge fan of LaRouche, I did find this interesting bit of a rant floating about out there on the internet:

On Monday, Feb. 17, Lyndon H. LaRouche Jr. called for a core of 10-12 
Congressmen to initiate impeachment proceedings against Obama by 
Wednesday of this week. As LaRouche stated:

“We have to throw this bum, Obama out — impeach him! Throw him out 
of office right now! Don’t let him stay another week, because these guys
plan to launch war within the coming two weeks! So therefore, you’ve 
got to get him out, now! He’s culpable, he’s committed crimes, he’s 
committed offenses against the Constitution repeatedly. He should be 
impeached, immediately! Ten members of Congress, and maybe twelve, would
be sufficient to start the ball rolling. And we’re talking about 
between now and Wednesday, or something like that. Anyone who’s now 
working for Obama’s interest is not an American patriot, or they’re just
a dumb fool.” Although every Congressman should be put on the spot to take action, 
there are at least 11 Congressmen who have already gone on the record in
favor of Obama’s impeachment.

One of those, Steve Stockman (R-Texas), 
has stated that he is considering introducing Articles of Impeachment 
against Obama. If the other 10 congressmen, three of whom are also from 
Texas, were to join with Stockman in announcing their intention to 
introduce Articles of Impeachment against Obama this week the ball would
indeed be rolling, in the nick of time. Others could then join in.

The following is a list LaRouche came up with for potential Congress members he thinks could get the impeachment ball rolling. I have linked each one to his or her own voting record so you can judge for yourself as to whether or not they have any room to talk.

Ted Yoho (R-Florida).

About Eric Cantor: Voted for The Agenda 21 Farm Bill

Cantor is the only Jewish Republican in the United States Congress. He supports strong United States-Israel relations. He cosponsored legislation to cut off all U.S. taxpayer aid to the Palestinian Authority and another bill calling for an end to taxpayer aid to the Palestinians until they stop unauthorized excavations on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.

Responding to a claim by the State Department that the United States provides no direct aid to the Palestinian Authority, Cantor claimed that United States sends about US$75 million in aid annually to the Palestinian Authority, which is administered by the U.S. Agency for International Development.

He opposed a Congressionally approved three-year package of US$400 million in aid for the Palestinian Authority in 2000 and has also introduced legislation to end aid to Palestinians. In May 2008, Cantor said that the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is not a “constant sore” but rather “a constant reminder of the greatness of America”, and following Barack Obama‘s election as President in November 2008, Cantor stated that a “stronger U.S.-Israel relationship” remains a top priority for him and that he would be “very outspoken” if Obama “did anything to undermine those ties.” Shortly after the 2010 midterm elections, Cantor met privately with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, just before Netanyahu was to meet with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

According to Cantor’s office, he “stressed that the new Republican majority will serve as a check on the Administration” and “made clear that the Republican majority understands the special relationship between Israel and the United States.”

Cantor was criticized for engaging in foreign policy; one basis for the criticism was that in 2007, after Nancy Pelosi met with the President of Syria, Cantor himself had raised the possibility “that her recent diplomatic overtures ran afoul of the Logan Act, which makes it a felony for any American ‘without authority of the United States’ to communicate with a foreign government to influence that government’s behavior on any disputes with the United States.”
