Michelle Obama "Gay Football Player Is A True Inspiration" For All Americans (Video)

Michelle Obama was quick to speak out in support of Michael Sam, a defensive lineman from the University of Missouri (Mizzou Tigers), spoke publicly about his sexual orientation and could become the first openly gay player in the National Football League.
Michelle Obama seems to feel we need more gay role models for our children to look up to and shape their lives around.
According to the cdc.gov Website, Males in the United States are more likely to take their own life at nearly four times the rate of females and represent 79% of all U.S. suicides. Suicide is the seventh leading cause of death for males in the United States. Men who have sex with men are at even greater risk for suicide attempts, especially before the age of 25. Some risk factors are linked to being gay or bisexual in a hostile environment and the effects that this has on mental health.
Gay and bisexual men and other men who have sex with men (MSM) represent an incredibly diverse community. Gay and bisexual men have both shared and unique experiences and circumstances that affect their physical health and mental health needs as well as their ability to receive high-quality health services.

Shouldn’t the Obama’s be spreading education on the negative effects of being gay, before they promote a lifestyle that actually is detrimental to along and healthy life?
Sam, named the Associated Press’ SEC Defensive Player of the Year, hopes to become the first openly gay player in the NFL. In interviews with The New York Times and ESPN, he said his decision to speak out came after realizing many coaches evaluating him for the draft already seemed aware of his sexual orientation.
“I didn’t realize how many people actually knew, and I was afraid that someone would tell or leak something out about me,” he told ESPN. “I want to own my truth. … No one else should tell my story but me.”
Sam added that it was a “nervous process” to enter the NFL draft as an openly gay player, but said he was proud to do so.
“It’s a big deal. No one has done this before,” he said.
At the State of the Union address last month, the first lady hosted former NBA player Jason Collins, who also revealed publicly that he was gay.
President Obama said shortly after the revelation that he “couldn’t be prouder” of Collins.
“He seems like a terrific young man, and I told him I couldn’t be prouder,” Obama said last year. “One of the extraordinary measures of progress that we’ve seen in this country has been the recognition that the LGBT community deserves full equality — not just partial equality, not just tolerance, but a recognition that they’re fully a part of the American family.”
Promoting a gay lifestyle is much like promoting tobacco use, or the use of drugs, all the above negatively affect the quality and lenght of life a person’s life. How can Americans support a president and first lady who are promoting unhealthy lifestyles? Now the taxpayers will pick up the bill through Obamacare when these people need medical care, which according to CDC, most of them will need major health care services before they die.
How did professional football become a political statement for political gain when it comes to homosexuals? Tim Tebow was crucified for his religious beliefs. How can a Christian be condemned for his lifestyle and Gays are glorified for their lifestyle by the first lady and the president? What has happened to the moral fabric of America?

Gay people are NOT prone to suicide because they are gay ,but because of the way they are treated by society and often by their own parents . The ones from devout Christian families are
shamed and humiliated for being gay . However,there are countless gay people who
are perfectly happy with what they are and who live normal and productive lives .

If anyone hasn’t figured it out by now, it’s on PURPOSE.
