Third snowstorm in a week pushes East Coast to brink
The latest winter storm blew in early yesterday, dumping a mix of rain and light snow on the tri-state area and secured this month’s spot as New York’s second snowiest February on record, with a total of 28 inches falling on Central Park. The winter average for the city is 27 inches.
