UNITED States of America - Charles Hayes is the individual (as reported to me directly by Wanta) tied to Bush P2, the CIA, the NSA and the NSA satellite encrypted theft of the year 2000 presidential election.

Hayes also worked for the Israeli Mossad software company Amdocs, which outsourced the software that was used not only in the year 2000 presidential election coup but was also then given the NSA contract that launched the illegal espionage vs the American People, which the Bush-Cheney junta started as early as January of 2001 and then escalated post 911 (Nazi George W. BushFRAUD’s Reichstag fire) with the passage of the BushFRAUD UN-Constitutional neo-Nazi Patriot Act aka Nazi BushFRAUD’s ‘Enabling Act’.
