This is coming from one Source, Syrian Perspective, a pro-assad news organization that is biased to Syrian Arab Army forces BUT I have found them to be pretty accurate with their reports. We know Turkish PM Erdogan has every reason to invade Syria right now. His government and himself are under so much pressure from corruption scandals that he needs a serious distraction right now. This would provide a perfect distraction.
As for the Russian Ships, I have no confirmationon that. I know Russian forces took over the last remaining Ukrainian naval vessel in Crimea today and that Russian forces in the Moldavian separatist region Trandniestria carried out military exercises today as well. Turkey and Russia have a long history of war between the two countries so don’t be surprised if it were to happen again.
