BLM Siege At Bunkerville -The Real Story: Senator Harry Reid Rides to the Rescue!

BUNKERVILLE, NEVADA – Neil Kornze joined the Bureau of Land Management in 2011. He has been leading the BLM as Deputy Director for the past year. Before his appointment, Kornze worked as a Senior Policy Advisor to U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada.
In 2013, following a five year recession, business in Mesquite, Nevada, five miles north of Bunkerville and 80 miles north of Las Vegas, began a miraculous recovery. Millions of dollars began to be invested in the area, and tired resort properties were lavishly refurbished. Retirement communities such as Sun City Mesquite sprung back to life and realtors began to again find buyers for expensive riverside or golf course frontage homes.
However, unbeknownst to the public, several miles down the Virgin River from the City of Mesquite, a lone hold out Mormon rancher named Cliven Bundy was about to throw a wrench in the works and bring anticipated development in the Riverside Road and Gold Butte area to a sudden stop because his cattle were “trespassing” on some of the most desirable real estate in Clark County. He was to act alone because all his fellow ranchers had sold their spreads earlier.
Enter United States Senator Harry Reid.
On April 5, 2014, dozens of heavily armed federal agents arrived near Bundy’s Ranch and began seizure of his cattle that were illegally grazing on prime real estate presently controlled by the BLM. Federal agents also entered Bundy’s 160 acre ranch and later admitted to destroying water tanks, and killing six cows.
The BLM’s armed cattle seizure was undeniably an extreme and very expensive over reaction, when a lien could have been placed on the ranch until the court ordered grazing fees are paid. That’s why many believe there’s an underlying reason such a raid occurred, a reason the BLM does not want the public to know.

The question is whever the United States actually owns that land, New Spain – all the public land of which was transferred into the ownership of the Spanish Crown during its 17th C rebellions has first claim. There is no recognition in American Law to right of conquest or to the loss of property rights due to civil war, and that Spanish as well as Mexian land deeds are considered valid proof of ownership has established that.
The first is the Native Americans.
The Second Is the Spanish Crown by right of legal precident and and established 200 years of governance.
Mexico the revolutionary Government has no claim, abandoning the territory and selling it’s territorial ‘Rights’ to the United States.
Settlers and former citizens of Spain who were established even before the state existed had established Homesteads in Nevada and the rights to graze cattle on the land in question simply by being there at some point, this is well before 1800 and it is a mistake to believe that human settlement started AFTER the state of Nevada and therefore land is public without covenant. Ranches were well and truely established – what the Judiciary has failed to establish is they were not already there, that they were not using the land and they had not established right of way grazing rights under Spanish Ranchos grants in Nueva California. The BLM has the right to manage public land, not land which is now held in common ownership by established occupation over many decades under derechos de ocupación after the legal owners abandoned it(Spain). A state called Nevada was created by settlers and ranchers but at not time did they lose land rights under derechos de ocupación.
The Federal United States is the fourth claimant.
Lastly comes the State of Nevada which is why Bundy lost his case.
No one can put a lein on land they do not own and all that land is OWNED BY THE BUNDY’S NOT the govt ! They paid for it with thier own money long before a BLM was ever Un-Constitutionally created ! These reports that keep the lying propaganda going that that is Federal land is adding fuel to the fire ! Muslims steal land like this too by just ‘verbally claiming it’ ! IT IS NOT FEDERAL LAND – GOVT IS NOT SUPPOSE TO OWN ANY LANDS ! THAT IS HOW THE FOUNDERS ESTABLISHED THIS COUNTRY ! It’s bad enough that govt unlawfully taxes land – you cannot tax what you do not own ! And taxes are EXTORTION ! America was established aa a no tax country. But Communsits took over in 1861 and taxes is how they forced their own onwership on everything and everyone ! Lincoln began the Communist system and we are still under it ! Lincoln used the Communist Manifesto as his constitution and DC has done so since ! If you want the Founders freedom system back you will have to fight for it like they did ! EXACTLY LIKE THEY DID ! 155 years of trying other ways has not worked – the Founders knew best and they knew the only way things would work !
