In case you have been under a rock for awhile, something like 90% of Connecticut gunowners have refused to register their weapons. The state government has their hands tied and are sitting on them because they have no idea what to do and how to enforce this new law about registering their guns.

In about half an hour thereis a gun rally in Connecticut to support gun owners.

Rules on carrying at state capitol:

ALL LAWFUL FORMS OF CARRY ARE ALLOWED.
It is lawful to carry a gun on the grounds of the State Capitol.
It is lawful to open carry.
It is not lawful to carry more then 10 rounds in a magazine
It is not lawful to carry a so-called “assault weapon” as defined by Public Act 13-3 and 13-220.
It is not lawful to carry inside the Capitol building.
It is not lawful to carry in Bushnell Park.
