OK Militia of 50,000 Stands Beside Bundy Ranch Against the Feds - Video

A land dispute in Nevada between rancher Cliven Bundy and the federal government began decades ago.
The Bureau of Land Management says Bundy was allowing his cattle to graze illegally, which triggered a round-up of about 400 head of cattle last week.
Bundy claims his family’s cattle have grazed on the land since 1870 without interference from the government.
However, the Bureau of Land Management says Bundy hadn’t paid his grazing fees since 1993.
Over time, officials say those fees have amounted to more than $1 million.
As authorities herded the cattle, a standoff was sparked with members of the militia.
Organizers with the Oklahoma Militia say they have members in Nevada who claim Bundy’s cattle were unlawfully herded by the bureau.
The Oklahoma Militia says it is made up of nearly 50,000 volunteers.
Members say they are taking Bundy’s side and fear this practice could spread to the Sooner State.
Scott Shaw said, “Evidently in America we don’t actually own the property anymore, if you ever did.”
Shaw says Oklahoma Militia members are ready to take up arms against the federal government if needed.
He said, “It’s up to the feds, the balls in their court! You can do this legally or if you want to try to do a land grab violently, you can do that. We’re going to resist you!”
Shaw says the militia has not had to defend Oklahoma from the government yet but members are becoming concerned.
Shaw said, “Just look around the country, they are doing it everywhere. If they can do it in Nevada, they can do it in Colorado, Texas. I mean, what’s to stop them from coming to Oklahoma? The only thing to stop them is ‘We the People.”
However, not everyone agrees.
Sen. Jim Inhofe said, “You’ve got a bunch of people there trying to take the law into their own hands and they shouldn’t be doing that. And the Bureau of Land Management is not government-owned, it’s publicly owned. There’s a big difference there. I blame both sides.”
The Bureau of Land Management released the cattle after confiscating them.

The BLM has the right to manage New Spain’s public land when it is proven that Spain sold the territory of Arizona to the United States of America. Just because your administrative territory declared independence does not mean Mexico suddenly owned half a continent which it could then abandon and sell. Being in receipt of stolen property does not make you its owner even if you are a country. The landlord of Bundy and the ranchers of Arizona is Spain, if they took their case to a Spanish court it would be ruled so – the public land is still Spanish Crown land unless they have a deed.
DK….We are the sovereign nation of America and none of our land belongs to Mexico, Spain or anyone else, but We, the People of THIS nation! Some think winning wars, paying in blood and also money; does not make us the owners of our own land, but we are. The only people I feel bad for is the American Indian who suffered at our hand in history..Winning land in wars does leave collateral damage. Land ownership and nationality are entirely different and opposing concepts.
It is entirely possible for a citizen of Russia to own land in Canada and that land still belong to Canada, It is also possible for the Country of Canada to own land in the United States and that land is still the United States Of America.
The US is currently a leaseholder of 1000 military bases around the world, all territory in other nations. Its corporations own vast swathes of the globe, and the US still only has 52 states.
Spain for 200 years owned half your continent and has the paperwork to prove it. The reality on the ground is that Spain does not have national control over the state and has abandoned its authority in law.
But this does not mean as a legal entity it has lost its ownership of one acre.
It just means 24 Jurors ruled that they are entitled to a share of stolen property for 2 Bundy court cases without Spain being represented in court. Try that again with a nationally funded Spanish defense team out to prove land ownership.
This does not mean that the territory of new Spain could not or did not split from Spain and join the United States of America, just that the land is not owned by the people of the United States and therefore managed by the BLM.
It is under covenant, it is until proven otherwise in court still the property of the Spanish Crown which was the last legal owner of that common land. It is not yours but by force, not law. You cannot buy from Mexico what is not Mexicos to sell.

The Constitution forbids the federal gov’t. from owning any land not specified, such as forts, post roads, usps and ports.
It also forbids the feds from creating these mafia-like, money-making agencies.
If you want your Constitutional Republic you better learn the Constitution and its limitations on the federal government.
