“Steven D. Kelley is an inventor, laser pioneer, writer, and public speaker. He has worked in defense industries, founded his own company, and produced laser-aiming systems used by law enforcement and military. He has worked and contracted for N.S.A., C.I.A., and other companies in the business of the A’s including the Templars and the Bilderbergers. The results of these experiences led him to build up his own psychic skills” as introduced by the speaker.

Mr. Kelley starts out by saying that this is all about spreading light and truth and he dedicates his appearance to the event to Bill Cooper, Phil Schneider, and Gary Webb. They are his heroes. All three gave their lives to spread the truth.

Mr. Kelley begins by stating that he and his brother were both recruited at an early age into the C.I.A and then got cooked up into the NSA without knowing thinking he was still with the CIA, and turned out to be the Oliver North gang. Directly after that he got involved with the Billy Meier group and got turned to the Pleiadians and Reptoids and everything else. He then started developing his psychic abilities and realized that this is where it’s at.  He got introduced to a person that was in the process of being recruited by the Templars. Mr. Kelley pointed out that this is a dual polarity system. Mr. Kelley states that if you hear it is one group, it’s actually more. It’s almost like two sides of the same coin. Entities that historically seem to be polar opposites as enemies are really working together side by side. They go to war and appear to be enemies, but it’s all a big farce. It’s usually done to create a lot of bloodshed and misery. Mr. Kelley’s handlers were all local where he is at in Los Angeles, California.

Mr. Kelley first learned about the Getty when he was dealing with the guy being recruited. They thought something funny was going on, so they got in touch with a very gifted remote viewer in New York. A remote viewer is an individual that knows how to remote view. The next day after this remote viewing was done they (the elites) had freaked out because they knew it was done. Mr. Kelley didn’t tell anyone that they had remote viewed the facility, but they knew. How did they know? They have their own psychic soldiers. Psychic powers and psychic skills are extremely important to these people, according to Mr. Kelley.

Mr. Kelley states that the Getty’s Burg Museum is the crown jewels of the entire underground bunker system and the weakest link in the entire house of cards. The Getty’s Burg Museum in Santa Monica has a King’s Solomon’s Temple look to it right out of ancient Jerusalem. You cannot park anywhere near it and you have to take a tram up to it. The museum is covered with four-inch thick travertine marble. Travertine marble is a natural ballistic armor. It’s one of the hardest substances on earth. The entire building is bullet proof.

There is a huge city underneath the Getty, which links up to the other 250 or more underground bunkers in the United States. It has a foundation that was the largest continuous concrete pour ever. He isn’t sure how thick it is but he estimates around 8 feet or so. It’s a massive block of concrete sitting on top of the mountain and the Getty is built on top of that.

He brings up the fact that there are cameras everywhere and even cameras watching cameras. He states that when you get out of the tram, go in front of the tram and you will see a little door. He says turn right and there is a narrow walkway that goes to the security entrance with Travertine pillars. It’s called the ‘kill zone’. If you go down the little rock way you will go into the security area. There are many hallways and doors. He states there is a lot of art below the museum, which they are trying to protect and preserve. There is an armory filled with hundreds of machine guns. You will see guys working there that look like they just got out of the military. You go down this hall and you will see a nuclear blast door large enough to drive a tank through like the doors in Cheyenne Mountain. Once you go through the nuclear blast door, there is a huge elevator big enough to drive a tank into. The elevator goes down at least a mile.

The first level has 200 NAZI psychics. He says that they are there to try and prevent remote viewers from seeing what’s down there. They act like an alarm system. That is how his remote viewer got caught.

The next level is called the spa. The guys who like to mingle out on the surface are the ones that like to go down and hang out in the spa. He states to think about the most decadent Romanesque spa you can think of which is all gold-plated. Once you get past the spa, you get to the area, which is like a city. There is a big central column like a big area with tubes that radiate out from the center like the spokes on a wheel. There are multiple layers of this and this is where they build the living quarters. You go down and get passed all that. There are other elevators that go down. Across the street from the Getty is the Skirball Center is also hooked up. There are several homes scattered across the hills belonging to very wealthy people. These homes are hooked up to the bunker. They are the benefactors and this is one way to help pay for these bunkers. Half the gross national product goes into building these things as well as Asset forfeiture.

Below the living areas, there are tube trains. Tube trains that go to the other underground bunkers. He gives examples of some of the more known underground bunkers like Dulce, NM primarily devoted to biologicals developing blood plasma products to replace the blood the aliens (reptoids) tend to require. Denver Airport, which is aviation. Montauk is east coast star wars. There are trains to Edwards AFB and Area 51, which Area 51 being the research and development site. A tube that goes to Catalina Island which has underwater vehicles, space crafts, submarines, and whatever else. Most of the underground bunkers are built in areas controlled by the military or airports where you have law enforcement, but the Getty is the civilian installation. The Ziggurat, which is a federal building, is supposedly hooked up to the tunnel system.

These tube trains can travel up to speeds of 4000 mph or Mach 5.25 such as the ET3, which is listed under references below. These tubes go over state and international lines, which means they have no sovereignty. Mr. Kelley states that these people operate under the Magna Carter, which there is two versions, one for the common people and one for the nobles. They fall under the noble version of the magna carter because they are the Templers.  They divide up the world and every one of them has to give 20% to the crown even though the crown doesn’t take physical possession but they do own it.

The last level is the most evil. They have a Satanic Temple down at the bottom. There is human sacrifice going on down there.  Every year, over 100,000 children go missing as well as the homeless. He states that these elitists think they are gods. They are polytheists. They worship the Egyptian Gods, the Greek Gods, and the Roman Gods, and they are very much into this stuff.

The crown and the elite are very concerned about the public finding out about it. All these guys report to the crown, such as the Templars, the Bilderberg’s, etc. In the book, “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion”, there is a chapter about the underground cities. In chapter 9 Re-education it states, “if they guess what is going on before the time comes; but in the West we have against this a maneuver of such appalling terror that the very stoutest hearts quail – the undergrounds, metropolitans, those subterranean corridors which, before the time comes, will be driven under all the capitals and from whence those capitals will be blown into the air with all their organizations and archives.” Mr. Kelley pops the question, “What does this mean?” There is a nuclear trap door at Getty. If a million Angelinos decided to come, they will fight them off the best that they can, close the nuclear blast door, and hit the button. There goes the Getty Museum turning into glass, which will close off that elevator.
