by Pete Santilli, The Pete Santilli Show & The Guerilla Media Network

Please do not take this topic lightly.  All of our fears about the Obama Administration becoming the communist, dictatorial, one-world government entity we’ve all been ~conspiracy theorizing~ about is now 100% real.

Let’s take this recent land grab for instance.  Despite vigorous opposition from local New Mexico residents, the New Mexico Sheriff’s and Southwest Border Sheriff’s association, retired border patrol agents, border security experts, and politicians, Obama is poised to plow past total opposition & sign SB-1805 on Wednesday May 21, 2014.

There has been media blackouts, closed door Congressional/Senate hearings which opponents were excluded from, and due to local New Mexico oppostion from residents, Obama cronies bussed in protestors to demonstrate for the bill.

This land grab is blatantly lawless —- almost reaching a level of insanity when you consider the government’s tactics in getting it done despite extreme opposition.

This is the moment folks. This is the issue which should spark the most vigorous defense of our personal and state sovereignty rights; constitutional rights and independence from federal tyranny.  Bundy Ranch should be the model whereby each individual citizen’s determination should be layed on the line to stop Obama and the lawless Congress he has surrounded himself with.  We must decide to stop these tyrants and be prepared to lay our lives on the line to ensure they never get away with this.  It’s the definining moment for Americans who will either lay down to tyranny or stand & fight for our principles to the death.

If we come together with determination, we chould certainly not stop at opposing the land grab.  We need to roll our determination all the way to the top to have every Republican and Democrat removed from office and replaced with real Americans who care about saving our country.  If they resist our non-negotiable demands; we must be prepared to fully excercise our Constitutional obligations up to and including under the second amendment and the Declaration of Independence.

Read this important story below and get yourself prepared for this epic stand against U.S. Government tyranny. Please also listen to the report prepared by Dahboo7 about this important story on his YouTube channel.

President Obama on Wednesday will declare a national monument in southern New Mexico, delivering a win for environmentalists but angering ranchers and local law enforcement, who say the land restrictions will end up creating a safe haven for drug cartels to operate within the U.S.

Mr. Obama will declare about 500,000 acres as the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument. About half of that land is expected to be set aside as wilderness, meaning it will be closed to vehicles and construction.

Local ranchers say it’s a land grab that will interfere with their grazing rights, and border security advocates said the move will make it tougher for federal agents and local police to patrol the land, leaving a security gap that Mexican smuggling cartels will exploit.

“This is about opposing so many thousands of acres that is going to create nothing more than a pathway for criminals to get into this country to do their criminal acts,” Dona Ana County Sheriff Todd Garrison told The Washington Times in a telephone interview Monday.

A spokeswoman for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency refuted the claim that the national monument designation would threaten border security.

“This designation will in no way limit our ability to perform our important border security mission, and in fact provides important flexibility as we work to meet this ongoing priority,” said spokeswoman Jenny Burke. “CBP is committed to continuing to work closely with the Department of the Interior and the U.S. Forest Service to maintain border security while ensuring the protection of the environment along the border.”

The monument has been in the works for some time and has been controversial from the start.

Conservationists and tourism businesses have been pushing for the designation, hoping it will bring more visitors.

“The Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument will help protect our way of life while allowing for responsible development and expanding opportunities for all Americans to enjoy the beauty and multi-cultural history of this unique landscape,” Billy Garrett, Dona Ana County Commission chairman, said in a statement.

But land rights advocates said it is the precursor to more conflicts like the recent standoff in Nevada, where a rancher refused to comply with a court order that he stop grazing on Bureau of Land Management property, prompting the BLM to confiscate his cattle, though they were returned after a public outcry. The BLM, which is part of the Interior Department, will administer the national monument.

The land contains five mountain ranges with fragile landscapes, prehistoric rock art and more recent historic sites such as a training area for the Apollo astronauts. The monument would cover hundreds of thousands of acres right next to the Mexican border. New Mexico’s representatives in Congress have been divided over the monument. Rep. Stevan Pearce, a Republican, called for a 50,000-acre monument, one-tenth the size of the one Mr. Obama will designate. But the half-million-acre proposal has the backing of the state’s U.S. senators, both of them Democrats.

“Senate Bill 1805 is the largest intentional breach of American border security I have seen in over 38 years.  It is an open invitation for the foreign drug cartels and transnational criminals to bring their illegal drugs and aliens into the United States,”  quote from Zack Taylor, Chairman & Border Security Expert, National Association of Former Border Patrol Officers.

President Obama is poised to sign the Desert Peaks Wilderness and National Monument Legislation SB-1805 next week.

Contrary to major media reports, this legislation is not supported by the local people.

The Southwest Border Sheriffs opposed it and when they went to D.C. to testify against SB-1805 they not only were not allowed to testify before the Senate, they were excluded from the hearing room.

Dona Ana County New Mexico Sheriff Todd Garrison  (575-525-8835) is the Chairman of the SW Border Sheriffs group and the New Mexico Sheriff’s Assn where this proposed monument it to be designated.  All SW Sheriffs oppose the bill.  The New Mexico Sheriffs oppose the bill.  Their input and testimony has been summarily suppressed in the media.  It is past time their voices are heard.

There was Congressional Briefing held at Las Cruces for the public and Congressman Steve Pearce of New Mexico.  The press did not attend.

There has been a media blackout of the opposing views on the monument.  This is the video covering the impact of SB-1805:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yd8S6hmddzE

Sheriff Garrison and Congressman Steve Pearce oppose the bill, their videos are here:

https://www.youtube.com/user/mesillavalleypatriot

Bob and Carol Richardson are the subject experts on the bill for Congressman Pearce, their phone number is (575- 373-5689).

This is eerily reminiscent of the kind of high handedness and political deception as seen in Bunkerville, Nevada, for all to see.

Protesters from out of town were bussed in to demonstrate for the bill in New Mexico because the local people were against it.

Dudley Williams, Dona Ana County Rancher and Steve Wilmuth, Dona County Rancher are rounding up cattle today.  Steve can possibly be reached by cell phone at (575) 642-8505, and Steve can help you locate Dudley.

“This is the very dirty side of National Politics when National Security and Public Safety are sacrificed for a few pieces of silver.  If this bill is signed into law, all of America will suffer from the adverse effects,”  quote Zack Taylor

Waw, is that kind of violence really happening with the drugs trafficking?
The mainstream media should show that to the general public, so they know
why they shouldn’t vote liberal/leftist parties..
Maybe the money to pay the traffick of people comes from the “war against drugs”?
If the war against drugs was really a war, the U.S should have deployed troops on the
northern frontier of Mexicp, in stead of going to Aghanistan, intentionally to fight against
the Taleban, but in reality to earn moneu because Afghanistan is the biggest papaver
fgrowing part of the world, and you have to pay your black projects with something!!
Maybe the projected “national park” is a projected gateway for spetsnatz and
    Chinese troops, too?
The second video is a really good documentary, it should be shown on the BBC..

Earlcity, I live on this same border. The conditions are far-worse than is stated here, or ever shown on the media. We hear shootings every night on the edge of town, it is always ‘drugs-cartel-mexican’ related. There are weekly ‘drug assassinations’, and if you work in town, you get a solid feedback of how ‘the Guatamalans that have come up are far more deadly than the Mexicans, even the Mexicans fear them’.

It is Afghanistan down here – and since it refutes the left wing’s standpoint, you will NOT ever get to hear about it. More than one border agent has been caught and convicted of being ‘on the take’, some help coyote over illegals, but if you are white with blue eyes, they will harass you incessantly if you try to do so much as go ATV riding on the border roads. Google Earth hides a lot of the MASSIVE Border Stations (most have barracks, fuel dumps, underground bunkers, and so much more).

Why do they want the Organ Monument as a Federal Park? It locks up the ‘last of civilization’ from El Paso to Tucson Arizona. It gives them western boundary control, so you can’t ‘circumvent’ a lock-down, if martial law comes.

What no one is looking at, is that they are staging to do the same thing up north of Taos after this goes through, in a ‘Rio Grande Ridge Monument’ that will lock up even MORE lands (close to a million acres there) between NM and Colorado.

      • CHESS: PUTIN 6-0 OBAMA

Moron you don’t know what you’re talking about.

      • Dustdevil

No, I don’t; but you seem to have the answers to the world.

Funny though, I see the world bash your ignorant brains out on here all the time. You’re often the comedic humor of the day for most.

Maybe you should check the news sometime. Dona Ana County Sheriff says he and most locals are also against it; and that when lib-tard press says ‘law enforcement has been consulted on this’, that he says it must be Border Patrol, the bobble heads of your beloved administration. He was cut out of all conversations on this issue some time back.

Oh, and if I don’t know what I’m talking about, tell me why this ‘Federal Monument’ will block off all vehicle traffic, and prevent local county police from enforcing any border crossing, drug trade, or cartel executions – as local police will not be able to enforce on Federal Property.

Exactly what branch of the Federal Government DO you work for? You seem to always be at odds with the truth. No one can be as wrong as you are consistently, unless you are intentionally trying to be.

  • ElPolacko

This isn’t about “Saving” the land for future generations….this about colateralizing public land to cover the National Debt. We are giving up sovereign territory to pay back the banks for money they made out of thin air. This is the biggest scam and rip off in world history.

    Agenda 21, FULL STEAM AHEAD!!!

  • worldwatchers

They need camps set up for when the American people realize what his intentions are!!

  • Ideas Time

Is the BLM a Porto Rico Trust owned by the UN? Looks like another transfer of land to foreign interests and the NWO.

  • Anonymous

The land grabs of the federal government have been going on for over 100 years. They ‘own’ half of the western states. This is nothing new. Why revolt now?

  • RiverMikeRat

Is this like the claim that at least 10 million people were going to show up for Operation American Spring last weekend, or is it more like the truckers that claimed they were going to shut down DC traffic last year>

    • Dustdevil

No, RiverMikeRat, this is more like 5-years into the office of the greatest Progressive Socialist we’ve seen since FDR, and watching him consistently hold a 44-percent favorable rating with the nation he is destroying.

Then again, when I have to pay double for fresh vegetables, when I live near large commercial farms that grow them, versus what someone in NYC, 2000 miles away, has to pay for the exact same foods, after they have been shipped there – I kinda get the idea. Great losses are financially being taken to ensure that the mega-cities are having tremendous cost-controls afforded the liberal voting masses, to perpetuate this Socialist overtaking, so they won’t know just how bad it is – or how bad it is going to become, once the remainder of the tyrannical controls are put in place.

With prices starting to rise now, I would assume that the bankers have absorbed just about all the costs they can, relative to subsidizing foods to ‘keep the riots at bay’. Just remember, if prices on foods rose to a ‘nationwide adjusted price’ overnight, you’d see mass rioting the next day.

When you can buy beef in NYC for $1 a pound than you can in Texas, when you can buy tomatoes, potatoes and other vegetables for half-price routinely in Boston, cheaper than you can in Alabama or Missouri, then you have to wonder how you can buy fresh foods cheaper after incurring the fixed costs of shipping and refrigeration, than you can by buying them right where they are grown.

The answer is, you are NOT. SOMEONE is paying the difference. The question is who, and how.

how exactly they want to enforce this

Am I missing something? This bill died in committee in December.

Use google so that you don’t miss the really big, important stuff: https://plus.google.com/+whitehouse/posts/CDvjsu3N6Fc

    • Dustdevil

You are missing something. Obama is supposed to announce the making of this Monument today, Wednesday May 21.

NO bill is needed for a President to name and offset a National Monument. That’s why it’s a monument, and not a park. Talk about underhanded.

That’s ok, they are about to do this up north of Taos, too – called the Rio Grande Rim Monument. More land offsets for Federal Monuments so that Agenda 21 can be fulfilled.

  • Lilsy

I’m with Obama on this one. We need more National Parks and protected lands. Free lunch for cattle ranchers should have been over a long time ago. Cow grazing decimates the land and it’s resources. We’ll all have to eat less meat.
    Also
For the gentleman who is worried about martial law…
It is going to be inevitable because of climate change. We are in for a sh** storm of bad news in the next 10 years and it’s going to get worse….much, much worse. The government, insurance companies and scientists have known about this for a long time but monied interests have trivialized it for profit motives.
The super wealthy started to buy huge tracts of property’s 20 years ago for their own safety and distracted you with issues like “environmental terrorism”, abortion and gays.
You can blame whomever you want but the cold hard truth is that your voice was needed on the side of rationality years ago and now it is too late. We are all going to have to live with it as we actually passed the point of no return about 15 years ago.
So try to be happy, less angry and enjoy every moment of your life.

    • Dustdevil

      Lilsy, you are very misinformed.

This has NOTHING to do with Brady and cows, and everything to do with fulfillment of Agenda 21, and adding lands to the National Register so that our nation’s wealth can be handed over to pay bills that we otherwise cannot pay because we won’t stop writing checks.

If you don’t like being in a free, sovereign nation, then why keep living? If you believe we are past hope, why keep holding on? Suicide is definitely the answer.

If you won’t research what is REALLY happening (like the ramifications of this ‘New Monument’), then why assume you understand to tell us all how happy you are with what Obama is doing?

FYI, this 500,000 acre offset ON THE MEXICAN BORDER, will lock out local law enforcement (the lands are currently patrolled by Dona Ana County Police – which will no longer be able to make the numerous arrests for cartel activity, illegal crossings, body dumps from drug-related crimes, etc.) because once Federal, it will be the job of the Border Patrol, who already don’t provide enough coverage. The County Sheriff was cut out of the information loop some time ago, already. He stated today that when the liberal media says ‘the administration has already talked to police and addressed law enforcement issues’ that they MUST be meaning Border Patrol, the bobble heads of the current administration.

THIS WILL BE A WILDERNESS OFFSET, and no one will drive there. While being billed as ‘adding business and tourism’, the Federal Government is preparing to put those signs all around the area now that say ‘DUE TO INCREASED CRIME ACTIVITY IN THIS AREA, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU NOT REMAIN AFTER DARK AND REMAIN VIGILANT WHEN ALONE OR IN SMALL GROUPS’. Tell me how many times you plan on doing a walking tour of this ‘monument’, in your lifetime, of any 110-degree desert that has high crime conditions without significant law enforcement help? Do you often go into Harlem and night and start yelling racial epithets? About the same thing.

      • Lilsy

Won’t it be better under Federal jurisdiction? I don’t know if I’d rather have the Feds or local law handle it. Where I live the local law has always been pretty corrupt and in some cases involved in profiting directly from drugs and drug busts. I don’t have any easy answers because things aren’t usually black and white in my world. Even the swap meets are corrupt (B. Dylan)
Back in the 90′s the Feds were talking about handing over the Nat’l Park system to Disney for management. I didn’t like that either.
One good thing though…by the Feds getting out of the war on drugs (specifically marijuana) the cartels in Mexico are losing business….big time.
My uncle was in special forces during the viet nam war. He told us in the late 60′s that the government was bringing hard drugs back from Nam in body bags. I’d like to see us get out of Afghanistan because that worries me for the above reason. I’d like to know if the drugs on the streets of NY are from Mexico or the Mid East. Just a thought.
I don’t trust certain elements of our gov’t but I do trust the American people to see the big picture and to do the right thing when push comes to shove.
Everyone deals with these issues in their own way. and…by the way…there are a lot of countries out there who have more freedom than we do in this time in history.
But I appreciate your feedback. It has given me food for thought.
and my despair is not about living in a free and sovereign nation..it’s about climate change. We are going to have to live with the repercussions of that no matter what or who we believe causes it.

      • doomswoman1

I don’t do ‘wilderness’ tours, although I do understand there are people who like them. However, shouldn’t those areas ‘already’ be closed to traffic as they are already used for drug-smuggling, illegal immigration, gun-running, and human trafficking? Not to mention ‘rumors’ of campers mysteriously disappearing?

  • AJjj100

Question? If there were a power source to run generators, vehicles and anything else that need a power source would the government let the people have it? Lets say this power source just used the magnetic field around the earth. No pollution of any kind. What would happen if such a thing came out? The future is here but will the world embrace it?
