How To Stop Heart Attacks And Irregular Heart Beats In Their Tracks
Cayenne Pepper will stop a heart attack in less than two minutes.
Sometimes called “the king of herbs”, cayenne pepper has the ability to stop a heart attack in its tracks in less than two minutes. Famed herbalist Dr. John Christopher frequently used cayenne pepper to treat patients for heart attacks and reported that it never once failed to stop a heart attack in only a couple of minutes or less.
The best form of cayenne pepper to use to stop a heart attack is cayenne pepper tincture (extract), and it only takes a couple of droppers full to do the trick. Regular cayenne pepper powder, such as is found on the grocers spice aisle, can also be used and the recommended amount is at least two teaspoons full. Either way, anyone who is concerned about the possibility of a heart attack is well advised to keep a bottle or vial of cayenne pepper extract or powder close by at all times.
Cayenne pepper is renowned for its overall cardiovascular benefits and is considered by many herbalists to be the top herb for overall heart health. Among its many healthy properties is its ability as a natural blood thinner. It also strengthens, stimulates, and tones the heart, balances circulation and blood pressure, and calms palpitations.
Hawthorn Berry can put a quick end to irregular heart beat
Irregular heart beat, also known as heart flutter or atrial fibrillation, is a condition where an abnormality of the heart rhythm results in a rapid and sometimes irregular heartbeat. The herb hawthorn berry is particularly potent in normalizing irregular heart beat in short order. Often a person with irregular heart beat will find their heart rhythm beginning to normalize in just a few minutes after taking hawthorn berry. Like cayenne pepper, the best form of hawthorn berry is extract. One of the most popular extract forms is known as hawthorn berry syrup. Hawthorn berry also comes in supplemental capsules and the raw plant can be used to make hawthorn berry tea.
Also similar to cayenne pepper, hawthorn berry is widely known for its overall cardiovascular benefits. Hawthorn was also one of famed herbalist Dr. Christopher’s favorite herbs for the heart. Hawthorn is rich in flavonoids which protect small capillary vessels from free-radical damage. It normalizes blood pressure, lowers cholesterol and fat deposits in the liver and aorta. In addition to arrhythmia, hawthorn also helps conditions such as angina, arteriosclerosis, blood clots, and hypertension. Though a dropper of hawthorn berry extract may settle irregular heartbeats in short order, it may take months to realize hawthorn’s full benefits.
Note: In the event of a heart attack, regardless of how soon it is stopped, one should seek immediate medical attention. Likewise, one should seek medical attention for severe and prolonged irregular heartbeats.

Also, do not underestimate the enormous importance and efficacy of Vitamin C (ascorbate) in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Vitamin E, as well.
here’s Nobel Prize recipient Linus Pauling speaking on using Vitamin C along with Lysine:

high-dose ascorbate works so well, and for so many health issues, that it borders on miraculous.
while there are very many amazing herbal remedies for the treatment of various acute conditions, always remember that your body has these problems NOT BECAUSE IT IS DEFICIENT IN SOME HERB, but because it is deficient in the essential nutrients it cannot live without.
great info, though – and appreciated!
It’s a shame more people don’t study proper nutrition, learn about not only the value of whole, unprocessed foods, but also learn of all the essential vitamins and minerals. We have an emphasis in the society on curing disease, but prevention is not elemental in everybody’s thinking when it comes to nutrition. People are sold processed foods laden with all sorts of chemicals and much nutrition largely processed out, or unhealthy foods like fast foods, live years being a human garbage can that’s slowly being poisoned, but we’re “not there” until disease manifests itself. Then, of course, big pharma has a zillion expensive pills to treat the symptoms, many of which are more poisonous than the bad diet. One of the biggest kicks I get from commercials are the ones for acid blockers, where they show somebody with a screwed-up face who ate too much unhealthy food that revolts against them, but all they need do is take this purple pill and carry on. I mean, not one word about changing habits, maybe ceasing to eat what’s causing the problem, like DUH! The ugly bottom line is there’s no big money in healthy people, for certain industries.
JustAComment – well-said. with every other commercial these days being a pharmaceutical ad, and yet the greater number of people get sicker all the time, it never fails to amaze me that people STILL trust these money-hungry, misanthropic multinational companies that CLEARLY don’t give a damn either about helping people, or actually CURING illness (JUST “treating” disease – gotta keep that money rolling in!).
and all the while, we seem to persistently NEGLECT the things the body ACTUALLY NEEDS, somehow magically thinking that those same evil companies will pull our flagging health from the mire.
i used to be one of those people. i still wonder what got in my head to make me think that way. as if it’s any great wonder – again, EVERY OTHER COMMERCIAL is now a pharmaceutical ad.
Thank you, StraightDopes.
“it never fails to amaze me that people STILL trust these money-hungry, misanthropic multinational companies that CLEARLY don’t give a damn either about helping people”
I’ve long thought it’s a matter of being completely brainwashed. All peoples’ lives, in the entertainment shows as well as ads, people are being taught bad is good, many people gullible, because they don’t bother with critical thinking, probably think education undesirable once out of school, don’t read anymore, don’t investigate what’s in that triple-bypass burger, are rather creatures of the tube. TV dumbs-down, weaves a web of perverse culture that becomes adopted as normal, tell a lie often enough and it becomes truth, pills the solution to ills, artery clogging and worse fast food the cat’s meow, the entire motivation corporations hawking their wares. These wares must be made to look attractive to sell, negative health consequences be damned when profit is the goal, negative health the life’s blood of pharma, but it’s all made to look attractive, to look like it’s desirable, even a must in life, despite the evils inherent. Evils become good in peoples’ eyes, become part of the culture, simply for having this stuffed in their ignorant brains, 24×7, by Madison Avenue. In many ways, too many people are just programmed zombies, living an “accident” waiting to happen and never giving a critical thought to anything, like the absurd purple pill commercials that are actually screaming, “Just stop eating that garbage!” Ever go to the supermarket and be behind somebody in the checkout line with nothing in their cart that isn’t packaged in cardboard or plastic, in all the colors of the rainbow? It’s sad. I also wonder about the never ending train of new drugs with absurd names being advertised: if the FDA is really so strict about drug safety, how is this avalanche of drugs, with lists of potential side effects worse than the disease, even coming to market? Also, what is this concept you advertise the drug to people, then they tell the doctor to prescribe it? Is this not the tail wagging the dog? Have you ever seen a pharma salesman in the waiting room at a doctor’s office? We all know about government, but is there anybody left on the planet that can’t be bought, anymore? Reminds me of these Bible verses about Mystery Babylon, how the “souls of men” are traded like other goods,
Revelation 18
11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:
12 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,
13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
that’s an absolutely fitting quote from the Book of Revelation.
>I also wonder about the never ending train of new drugs with absurd names being advertised
my all-time FAVORITE has got to be “Abilify.” now THAT’S a PR choice that would have made edward bernays proud.
I’m waiting for “Diseaseam,” or maybe “Disastium” or “Profitium” to come to market, with somebody rapidly muttering for 45 seconds of the one minute commercial the side effects warnings, perhaps new acne medicines that can possibly cause your heart or liver to shutdown, with cautions to consult your doctor, first, if you breath or drink water. Maybe get Miley Cyrus, nary a zit in sight, dancing naked in a field of sunflowers that obscures most of her from the shoulders down, to prove its worth your children risking their hearts and livers. Or show her devouring boxes of chocolates, empty boxes heaped all around her nakedness, explaining with a full mouth why she no longer worries about zits.
