Solar Warden Secret Space Program Captain Mark Richards Dulce Underground Base

Gary McKinnon was the first person to bring the Secret Space Program to the publics attention in 2002. McKinnon is a Scottish systems administrator who was accused of hacking into the U.S. Department of Defense computer database. In an interview in 2005 he claimed he found evidence of an “Off World” Secret Space Program which included “Non-Terrestrial Officers” as well as records of “fleet-to-fleet transfers” and even “a list of ship names.” McKinnon was brought up on charges by the government and was looking at up to 60 years imprisonment but the charges were dropped in 2012. Many believe the charges were dropped because he would bring forth evidence of the program proving its existence and making it even more public.

Since McKinnon there have been many theories about the Secret Space Program presented by respected lecturers in the UFO, Space and Aeronautical community. It is reported that Ben Rich Director of Lockheed’s Skunk Works stated in his retirement speech in 1991 that we have the technology to take ET home. While these statements are astonishing and many theories and photographic evidence intriguing there is one event which many point to that the Secret Space Program actually exists. The Dulce Base is an alleged secret alien underground facility on the Colorado-New Mexico border near the town of Dulce, New Mexico. There are claims of experiments on human abductees and an intense firefight between Alien Grey’s and U.S. Military Forces. There are two men who claim to have actually been involved in the incident who have spoken out about the incident. Captain Phil Schneider claims he was a government engineer involved in building underground military bases and was severely injured in the Battle at Dulce in 1979.

Navy Captain Mark Richards claims he was an officer involved in the Dulce Battle as well as very active in the Secret Space Program and U.S. Space Command. Richards would lead the attack on the underground Dulce facility against the Alien Greys. Mark Richards father the legendary ‘Dutchman, Ellis Loyd Richards, Jr. was the intelligence officer who coordinated the attack on the Dulce facility, he is also known as the man who met with Aliens at Holloman Air Force Base in 1964. When asked about Solar Warden Mark Richards confirmed that Solar Warden is only a part of the Secret Space Program. Solar Warden are guardian spacecraft that monitor Alien Spacecraft coming in and out of our solar system. Captain Mark Richards has served over 30 years in prison and claims he was framed for a murder that he did not commit in order to keep him quite about his involvement in the Secret Space Program. It is reported that Captain Mark Richards is treated with the utmost respect by the guards at the prison.
