Author of UFO fiction finds a real life irrefutable Monolith on Phobos! See it here

Efrain Palermo, author of ALIEN CARTEL which is the first of a series of three books, has identified a true Monolith on one of the two moons of Mars, Phobos.  Not only is Palermo an excellent writer, I think he’s one of the best.  As they say, “Fiction is stranger than truth”.  In his case, Efrain’s story telling ability is such that he’s using real irrefutable findings to base his story lines.  Also in the video is a comparison with a rather unusual find known as the beacon, or the June 2014 discovery of the pyramid sticking out of Asteroid 1999 RQ36.  Just what the heck is going on in outer space?  More than NASA is willing to share I suppose!  It takes people like Efrain in the case of the Monolith find to blow the whistle cause “They” ain’t gonna do it on their own.
