So, how do we know for sure it’s fake? Like this.
There are clearly artificial effects at two places. Starting at time code 00:00:41:04 and then again at 00:00:48:23 you see vertical squiggly lines, like loss of horizontal sync in an old analog recording system. The lines you see, if this were recorded on an old analog system, would be the horizontal blanking pulses. This artifact *cannot* occur in a digital recording system because there are no horizontal or vertical blanking pulses. How do we know this was recorded on a digital system? It’s recorded at 720P on a dash-mounted video cam. The imitation loss of sync effect is a common filter in digital video editing programs.
Can anyone interpret what the people are actually saying? I realize that could be faked as well, but it couldn’t hurt to find out if they are screaming,”A UFO is trying to kill us all!! Run for your life!!”
