The Police Are The Problem, Specifically, The Way They Treat The People They Are Supposed To Protect. Wow!

Why is it “they” can actually see the raw footage of the events unfolding live via satellite or media; and yet we have no indisputable video or satellite footage of Browns unfortunate death?

Instead, we see how a contrived plan was put in place in order to create a carnival out of the whole story. There is no interest by the “they” to get to the truth, only to exploit the situation for political gains.

Simply said, “This sucks!”

What happened in Ferguson was a small town shoplifting incident turned deadly. I don’t see any other way this can be put more simply than the previous sentence.

“They” already know exactly what happened, but still allowed the events in the aftermath to unfold and harm the soul of the country. This is not a black on white issue. This is not a black on black issue. This is not a white on black issue.

THIS IS A COP ISSUE!

The cops around the country continually target and seek out “low hanging fruit.” These officers will go after 15 year old blacks for a little pot. They will also go after 15 year old whites for a little pot. They will do this over and over again until they get a raise in pay due to their outstanding police work.

Five years later, the very same officer; now making over $20,000.00 more than the day they started work, will be offered a promotion. Maybe the promotion will be for undercover work, homicide or some other violent crime and 90% of they will turn that promotion down. Why?

Simply answered, it is because there is “real” danger involved with the new position if they accepted it. But they don’t! They will just turn up their game on the “low hanging fruit.”

There exists no easier way to pad your resume with multiple small time criminals. And if one of those small time criminals gets lippy, you have a green light to smash their brains in or worse. Why? Because now the officer has a five year record of good police work and if anything goes wrong for the citizenry and they complain, the police department will undoubtedly point to the officer’s good record and say that there was no wrong doing.

What does this do? It allows the evolution of the officer to take place. This evolution happens over time with additional training. This training has everything to do with, “You could die at any moment. Any kid on the street could kill you at any time.” What does this do to the officer’s psyche?

It trains them to be trigger happy, that is what it does. If a trained combatant, just like the police officers on American streets, has a conflict they are TRAINED to shoot first and not take in the scenario and respond with ethics and morals.

If what I put forward is true, then the officer is not at fault. The training and the scare tactics used to brainwash police into thinking anybody could kill them at anytime is at fault!

Why do we have such training in place? This is ridiculous.

If these officers want to take another human life, they should have to prove their life was in danger. Instead, now officers only have to “reasonable believe they are in danger of ‘great bodily harm’ and not life threatening danger.”

I don’t understand why the first thing the officer must prove is not the fact that their life was in danger. We need to change the priority from fearing bodily harm to “life threatening” danger.  Currently there exists a country-wide, police back-up system where the facts no longer matter in the aftermath of any shooting anywhere. All that matters is that all the police back one anther up because, “It could have been me in that situation and I don’t know what I would have done; so I must back him up or next time it could be me” mentality.

This has got to go!

I admit, what Brown did to that clerk was bad. But it wasn’t felony assault. But if any person living in American were to do that to a police officer, all of the sudden they are guilty of felony assault with the intent to inflict great bodily harm. This is a JOKE and an exact example of the Double-Standard in place across America.

The above situation is socio-economic, not racist.  The police work hard to bust non-violent poor people because they know for a fact they can’t afford an attorney. This is plain and simple.

If all the poor people could afford good lawyers, then at the very minimum, 50% of these cases would be lost by the police and the party would go free. And in some cases, the county or state would owe punitive damages to the falsely arrested person.  And do you know what happens next?

The police captains would start telling their officers to not arrest people without solid proof because “this looks terrible, is a black eye for the department and is a paperwork nightmare.

It is very sad when a “paperwork nightmare” results in better behavior, but it does. If an arrest goes bad and the innocent person goes free, it is a huge thing within a department.

Listen to my last point. If an ordinary citizen is involved in a stand your ground or just a home burglary where they use a firearm, this person is raked over the coals by each and every state department in the state where it occurred. But when an officer is involved, it is only their own department conducting the investigation into any possible wrong doing. Do you understand the double standard now?
