Are those of us in the USA out of luck?

Omegaman: rates will then have to become INTERNATIONAL…thus, the US would have no choice..

Condor: Maybe from an administration position it might be politically beneficial to let the rest of the world force the RV on the US.

Then the US could say we really didn’t have a hand in it but we have to follow the law and accept the consequences.

In any case I think the other countries are going to force the issue quickly.

TSR POST FROM S3A, 25 AUGUST

TSR: Lot of folks (includes some guru’s) are expecting the RV to be announced just before or after the swearing in of PM and his ministers.

Since my adviser told me in June that the RV will be announced no later than Sept. 7, I have been keeping my cool while enjoying EXO’s intel.

I believe that it will happen within the next 13 days. I have been posting this since June.

I hope that this post is of some “encouragement”…Blessings
