OK now the truth: It’s Mr Abdel Basset Turki who is stopping the RV right now - WHY: He won’t release it until he is satisfied that the new government is formed and seated, and there is stability in that new government.

New Back Stop: 2 weeks from the 11th, if the above conditions are met it will be released before that, thats when we will see the RV. The US can start the button push but until Turki follows through on his end it will not happen.
