ISIS Terrorist Attack on Substations and Power Grid Imminent?

Up to 40 jihadist US citizens who have fought alongside terrorist group ISIS are now back on U.S. soil, possibly to strike the vulnerable electric and subway substations. According to Rep. Tim Bishop (D-N.Y.) and a senior Obama administration official, more than 100 American citizens left the country to join ISIS or the al-Nursa Front to fight in Syria, but now it’s believed that 40 American terrorists have leaked back into the U.S., lurking in the shadows.
