We the undersigned are longtime veterans of U.S. intelligence. We take the unusual step of writing this open letter to you to ensure that you have an opportunity to be briefed on our views prior to the NATO summit on September 4-5.

You need to know, for example, that accusations of a major Russian “invasion” of Ukraine appear not to be supported by reliable intelligence. Rather, the “intelligence” seems to be of the same dubious, politically “fixed” kind used 12 years ago to “justify” the U.S.-led attack on Iraq. We saw no credible evidence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq then; we see no credible evidence of a Russian invasion now. Twelve years ago, former Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder, mindful of the flimsiness of the evidence on Iraqi WMD, refused to join in the attack on Iraq. In our view, you should be appropriately suspicions of charges made by the US State Department and NATO officials alleging a Russian invasion of Ukraine.

US and EU escalate provocations against Russia ~ link ~ 
The European Union summit held in Brussels over the weekend represents a major escalation of the aggression by the Western powers against Russia, raising the specter of full-blown war in Europe and even a nuclear war between NATO and Russia.

Is peace impossible in Ukraine today? No. Not at all. But it is as long as the west keeps its hopes for conquering the Donbass alive. NATO’s Options in the Ukraine ~ link ~ 

After provoking what is increasingly a devastating and expanding conflict in Ukraine, NATO appears to be out of options as its proxy regime loses its grip on both its military campaign against its own population in eastern Ukraine, as well as political control in the capital of Kiev itself. However, despite the turn of events, with NATO apparently rudderless, those seeking to undo and reserve the damage the West has created in Eastern Europe must not become complacent.

NATO still possesses several options with which it can respond to its deteriorating proxy regime and the eroding of its interests both in the region, and around the world.

Netanyahu did not specify which states he was referring to, but events leading up to his about-face indicate that he acted under order from Washington and after receiving supportive assurances from Egypt, Saudi Arabia and other Gulf States. Indeed his comments came after US Secretary of State John Kerry, in a piece for the New York Times, called for a “global coalition” against Islamic extremists who are “perilously close to Israel.”

The Obama administration’s preparations for a wider war in Iraq and Syria to protect its geo-strategic interests in the energy-rich region and contain and isolate Iran, Russia and China requires precisely such a diplomatic cover in the form of a new “coalition of the willing.”

My regular readers know that the leader of ISIS wrote a book called Management of Savagery which says the techniques of Genghis Khan were the way to teach obedience in conquered peoples and to instill fear in opposing soldiers. The leader of ISIS currently uses the name Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi. Edward Snowden said Al Baghdadi was trained by the Mossad. He is Jewish and was born Elliot Shimon but has also used the name Simon Elliot.

I would like to hazard a guess as to what ISIS will be doing for the next few months. ISIS has a Prime Directive of sorts which is to carry out Richard Perle’s Clean Break strategy. Remember the three countries that needed to be taken down. Iraq, Syria and Lebanon. ISIS was allowed into Iraq by Obama who refused to take out that caravan of cars and trucks on the road to Mosul. Obama paid ISIS to kill Christians and Muslims in 2013 in Syria but now they are to be condemned because they are doing the same in Iraq? Iraq is their new base of operations. It is from Iraq that they want to recruit an army of considerable size and ferocity to attack Syria and then Hezbollah in Lebanon. Then Israel can attack Lebanon after Hezbollah has been decimated so the Israelis can take the water from the Litani river for themselves. That will destroy Lebanon. But Zionists are incapable of understanding that non-Jews are actual human beings.

I should point out the Saudi royal family’s role in this ISIS affair. They were primary sponsors of Al Qaeda and of the war against Syria. As my regular readers know, the Saudi royal family was placed upon the throne by the British. They were originally Jewish converts to the Donmeh sect of Islam. Their ancestors were originally Sabbatean Jews. Some have described the Sabbateans as being very close to being Satanists. Sabbatai Tsvi was a false Messiah who taught that the end of the world would be hastened by immorality. A father should get his daughter pregnant. That will force God to intervene to end this world and give us the next.

Relations between India and its historic rival Pakistan have deteriorated sharply in recent weeks, especially after India’s government, now led by the Hindu supremacist Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), cancelled a much anticipated meeting between the countries’ Foreign Secretaries.

Last month saw a dramatic rise in cross-border firing along the Line of Control (LoC) that separates the Indian- and Pakistani-held sections of the former princely state of Jammu and Kashmir. The cross-border shelling has resulted in at least a half-dozen deaths and terrorized villagers on both sides of the LoC.

Support for Scottish independence rose dramatically in August, a poll showed on Monday, leaving the “Yes” campaign just six points behind advocates of staying in the United Kingdom with 17 days to go until a referendum.

The poll is the first to show a substantial shift in opinion since two television debates. Pro-independence leader Alex Salmond dominated the second debate last week, having failed to win the first one.
