However, Parliament did meet on Sunday, and did the formal seating of the Ministers for the Interior and Defense, plus passing laws to make sure all goes smoothly for the RV.

Across the world, bankers, security, etc., go serious, bringing people in and being fully prepared, because the CBI told them to be ready.

• In Frank’s opinion, we are seeing the MR (Monetary Reform)  right before our eyes, some can see it, some cannot; the IQD is a speculative investment, don’t invest more than you are able to lose, or so much that you are hurting; Frank showed 2 articles based on the same information that are totally opposite; do not become discouraged, take it to the Lord in prayer, stay strong

• Frank brought on member My Ladies who spoke of signs of the MR – telling the citizens they will be paid, salaries will increase, Visa cards, opening of Rafidain and Rashid banks, Paris Club paid, Iraq obtaining a credit rating, selling bonds, etc.; there is a long list of indicators of the MR

• Frank requested Walkingstick to pull together several articles, go back through and read the articles, pay close attention to what the CBI is saying

• My Ladies referred to a quote by Abadi who said that he is going to fix the financial side first, and speed up the process, then develop the private sector – without a rate, how can the private sector be developed? Laws are being implemented; there is a cascade of articles one after the other talking about the MR

• Frank again asked that we go back and look at the compilations by Walkingstick; there are many things that are obvious, others that are confusing, others that cannot be discussed yet (needs more study), and other things in the media that are childish; so, pay attention to the CBI, look at what they are saying

• Oct 1 is the middle of the year for the IMF budget, Oct 1 is the beginning of the new fiscal year; it’s an interesting time

• Delta agrees with what Frank has presented; regarding the new GOI, all but 2 positions have been seated (interior and defense ministers not seated yet); each minister has been vetted and approved by the USA, so if the USA is controlling the selections, we can also believe the USA is in charge of the MR; the 2 ministers are to be seated tomorrow, and the GOI will have the full international support

• SA is very powerful because of their money, and some have believed that they were behind ISIS and Daash because SA wanted M out; ISIS and Daash are now being run out of Iraq

• A long time ago, Turki said he wanted the deletion of the 000’s in middle of 2014, but CBI governor does not have the power to lift the zeros; why have we not seen it yet? M was making deals for currency swaps, making deals with BRICS nations, etc, which was bad for the US$; it’s all about money

• Tomorrow should see the last 2 ministers seated, then we should see more things happening with salaries, cards, etc; when the time is right with stability, compliance, the 000’s will be lifted; there are a lot of great things happening, should see more happening on Tuesday; the emergency meeting in France also shows the international support for Iraq – do we see this with any other ME nation? No.

• Frank said Iraq has something the whole world wants, so they are all leaning in to help and support – look how many have swooped in at the last minute to get in on the coalition

• Delta cited an article that new currency being introduced by the end of this month, and currency samples have been sent to banks, with hope to implement by end of this month

• Frank said everything is just waiting on the rate: HCL, lower denoms, salaries, etc….;

Delta said all just waiting on the USA to go ahead with the release of the rate; Delta said we know they are ready, just need to have the stability and now Daash and ISIS are being eliminated; good economy is borne out of stability, look at other ME nations, like UAE

• Delta said that Iraq does need a credit rating; Frank and Delta believe that Sept will be time to ensure the stability, and October will possibly be time to enact, in their opinion; no one knows the date or rate, can happen anytime, and it may take some time

• Frank said that many laws need to be passed before we can see the rate, and the GOI working with speed, no longer dragging their feet

• Delta said that there is no way this can fail, and the rate will come out when it’s sure that it cannot fail;

Things are happening the way we want to see them going; the safety and security for the Iraqi people is increasing

• Frank ended the call with prayer, and Andy lifted the prayer with the shofar horn blast

9-15-14 AIN: France promises to join US in bombarding ISIL.

Baghdad (AIN) -”The French president has promised me that his country will participate in the aerial effort against the Islamic State,” Iraq’s Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said on Friday at a joint conference with Hollande in Baghdad.

Hollande also met Iraqi President Fouad Massoum and discussed military and humanitarian support for the Middle East country which is struggling to regain territories in its north and west from Islamic State (IS) militants.

“We will work with our allies for supporting Iraq in line with international law and legitimacy…We know the seriousness of the threat,” said Hollande, although he did not exactly define how France would support the US airstrikes.

The French leader also emphasized that France was the first country to provide military aid to Iraq and was in the process of delivering its fourth shipment. Exact details are expected to be released at Monday’s conference in Paris where Hollande intends to tackle the IS’ financing and recruiting, improving border controls and training the Iraqi army.
