“Because I got High” Remixed: Afroman Realizes the Atrocity of the War on Drugs

Nearly 15 years ago, Afroman released his classic song “Because I Got High,” and ever since it has been an anthem for marijuana smokers worldwide.

For the most part, the millions of people who loved this song knew that every word of it was a complete joke, and according to many sources, that is how Afroman intended it, because after all, he was high when he wrote it.
