Leftist lies: Ebola, amnesty, ISIS terrorists on border

News from the U. S. Department of Defense regarding the deadly Ebola virus sparks major concerns as Marine Corps Gen. John Kelly, commander of the U.S. Southern Command, makes grim predictions.  Kelly says the Ebola virus will not be contained in West Africa, and if infected people flee those countries and spread the disease to Central and South America, it could cause “mass migration into the United States” of those seeking treatment.

“If the disease gets to countries like Guatemala, Honduras or El Salvador, it will cause a panic and people will flee the region,” Gen. Kelly said last week in remarks to the National Defense University. “They will run away from Ebola, or if they suspect they are infected, they will try to get to the United States for treatment.

Yet Barack Obama assures us the chances of an Ebola outbreak in U.S. are extremely low  (video).

Juxtapose General Kelly’s concerns against the blasé attitude of California’s radical leftist senior Sen. Dianne Feinstein, 81.  She recently wrote this commentary, for the San Diego Union Tribune, in which she unequivocally declared the border secure, saying thoughts to the contrary were based on “false fears.”

“The bottom line” she asserts, “is that the southern border is more secure than ever.”  Feinstein assures readers that  time has come to pass “immigration reform,“ —- more accurately known as amnesty —- deceitfully claiming “the border security package included in the Senate-passed comprehensive immigration reform bill would further lock it down.” She offers empty assurances that a pending bill addresses “border security.”

It does not.

As a case in point, Judicial Watch’s Corruption Chronicles confirms the fact that 4 ISIS terrorists have been captured on the border as they recently entered Texas via Mexico. How many have passed through undetected is anyone’s guess.

Seeing Red AZ posted “Hezbollah on our doorstep: Radical Muslims in border towns,” in 2011. It includes a link to a disturbing newscast from ABC 10 News in San Diego, which should have sounded the alarm, but didn’t.

Turkey, integral to Obama’s “broad coalition” is now disputing his claim it will let U.S. aircraft fly from an American base into Iraq and Syria to fight ISIS. The Muslim country’s Istanbul University has become a haven for the terrorist group.

Still, Obama, Feinstein, Harry Reid and liberals of their ilk who care more about expanding the Democrat base than the safety and security of America’s citizens, continue to be reelected. They are joined by long-in-the-tooth, establishment RINOs epitomized by John McCain, in D.C. over well over three decades, and “shortimer” Jeff Flake, first elected in 2000. Voting for amnesty supporters is voting against our country’s best interests. Think about that as you mark your ballots.
