Also first trading day of their new year starts on the Saturday 25th. – which is holy day in Iraq.
New Gov has circumvented Maliki – even without outside help – massive achievement.
Abadi – last year – as Finance Minister – we will lift 3 zeros after the elections – are doing this now …
Maliki was a massive distraction and destruction – now removed from influence.
2014 Budget is done and approved. Yet to be publicly disclosed.
They are now qualified for Article 8.
