Dr. Robert McHugh, Robert Guistra, David Jensen and Daniel McAdams return. In “The Coming Economic Ice Age” sold in Oct. 2013, McHugh warned of an impending decline in the equity markets based in part on a very major megaphone chart formation in the Dow & S&P. Such formations have preceded all notable market declines of the last century including 1929, 1957, 1965, 1972-73, 1986, 1987, 1999 and 2007. McHugh renamed this formation “The Jaws of Death” because of the wars and economic carnage that always seems to follow. McHugh’s daily missives have been extremely helpful to your host. Robert McHugh

Robert McHugh, Ph.D, was a founder of a local community bank in Eastern Pennsylvania that ultimately became known as Main Street Bancorp. As a founders of the bank, Robert was one of 13 employees when it started. From zero deposits, the bank grew to $3 billion in deposits and had 500 employees when management sold out in 2000. As an EVP, Robert was the second ranking member of management. He was responsible for funding the bank’s portfolio and for managing the banks investment portfolio. It was at that time that he gained a great interest in technical analysis, which he used as an investment tool. After he and other owners of Main Street Bancorp sold out, Robert followed his passion for technical analysis which he uses along with a keen sense of history to predict market turns. Robert Giustra

Mr. Robert Giustra, the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Columbus Gold, has been actively engaged in the creation, financing, development and management of publicly-traded junior mining companies since 1992. His early experience in public markets includes working as an investment advisor with a national securities broker and later as an investment banker with an international investment dealer; where he co-founded the institutional equity sales and corporate finance departments, with a specialist focus on the junior mining sector. Since 1998, Mr. Giustra has held senior executive positions with and served on the board of a number of junior mining companies. He is presently also the Chairman of Columbus Copper Corp.

David Jensen

David Jensen, P.Eng., LL.B., MBA, is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Canada (1987). He worked through 1993 on the F-5 Fighter Overhaul program and the Bombardier Regional Jet programs. Mr. Jensen then graduated with a LL.B. degree in corporate and commercial law from the University of Calgary (1997) and an MBA from Univ. of B.C., majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (1999). Returning first to aviation then, after reading Austrian School Economics, Mr. Jensen transitioned to the mining industry from the aerospace industry in 2004 first through his mining industry consultancy, then as Vice President of Corporate Development for Western Copper Corp., and most recently as President and COO of Skyline Gold. Mr. Jensen currently serves as President and COO of a private mining company and provides strategic, operational, risk assessment, and precious metals consulting services through his consultancy, Jensen Strategic

Daniel McAdams

Daniel McAdams is Executive Director of the Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity. He served as foreign affairs advisor to US Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas) from 2001 until Dr. Paul’s retirement at the end of 2012. In the 1990s he worked as a journalist based in Budapest, Hungary, including as editorial page editor of the Budapest Sun. He also served as special rapporteur for the British Helsinki Human Rights Group while based in Europe, monitoring human rights and elections on the ground in various contentious states, including Albania during the 1996-1998 civil unrest, Montenegro, Georgia, Armenia, Belarus, Croatia, and Slovakia. He was a Phillips Foundation Journalism Fellow (1998-2000) and an American Swiss Foundation “Young Leader” (2006). He holds a BA in English from the University of California at Berkeley and completed coursework for a Master’s in international relations.
