The IRS scandal has reached a level never before seen in American federal politics. We are nationally at the point where Obama should be impeached, and an entire raft of IRS employees belong in jail. Nothing appears off the horizon to solve this dilemma and Eric Holder our AG belongs in jail right along with the IRS stooges. Holder has proven to be the most corrupt and partisan AG in American history. He is the first ever AG held in Contempt of Congress; as Obama’s enforcer he totally destroyed the impartiality of the Justice Department turning it into a branch of the DNC and NAACP. His worst acts were: Fast & Furious, an attempt by Holder & Obama to destroy the 2^nd amendment, refusing to call the fort Hood incident terrorism, lying on a legal document about FOX News reporter Rosen, radicalizing the Justice Civil Rights Division, opposition to voter ID laws, the pardon of Marc Rich on 35 convictions, failure to conduct an investigation of the IRS, changing the terrorist laws to impede investigations, brining a bogus legal action against the state of Arizona, joining with Obama in violation of the constitution and federal statutes, in an attempt to have state AG’s violate laws just like the Justice Department, contemptuously evading oversight misleading the public with false information, and lying to congress as well as the American people 

The IRS issue has not been vented in the media, because the Lamestream is nothing more than the publicist for Obama, Holder and the DNC. The absolutely racist action of these two men and the media’s accomplishing aid to them is on the verge of destroying the entire justice system of our nation. Consider now the implications of this administrations persuite of the IRS issue. 

After three failed attempts to have Lois Lerner testify before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, Chairman Darrell Isa subpoenaed her. She made a long statement proclaiming her and the IRS totally innocent and then illegally pled the 5^th amendment. She stated that all her e-mails for the time of the subpoena requested time had been lost and destroyed. They have now been found she lied to congress, that is a felony. Holder did nothing. Next she claimed that her Blackberry that was subpoenaed, was lost and that five other IRS employees’ E-mails for the duration of the subpoena were also lost. Destroying evidence is a crime it is in fact a felony. Holder did nothing. Under Lerner’s tenure the IRS operated a secret research project to obtain the names of donors to conservative causes and provided those names to the White House. That is a felony, and Holder did nothing. Andrew Streckla a lawyer worked for Lois in the IRS he was involved in targeting conservatives, he then provided defense for the IRS in targeting matters that is political corruption and is illegal. The IRS division that Lois was in charge of was targeting conservatives and religious organizations in conjunction with the US Department of Justice, to invent criminal charges where no crime had been committed. That is corruption and is illegal and slanderous. Holder did nothing. Obama obstructed the free expression of conservatives in a violation of the first amendment of free speech. Holder did nothing. Finally Holder appointed a lawyer to oversee the scandal, the lawyer was a huge contributor to the Obama political campaign, who stonewalled the entire investigation. 

Just so you get it all correctly. Lois Lerner who referred to conservatives as “Dangerous Terrorists” pled the 5^th amendment before the Legislature. Eric Holder has refused to appoint a special council on the IRS scandal. William Wilkins IRS Chief Council met with Obama the day before the subpoenaed Lois Lerner was to testify. IRS Commissioner John Koskinen lied to congress. The IRS has had three new IRS commissioners since the beginning of the scandal. The president on nationally syndicated FOX news stated, “There is not a smidgen of evidence against the IRS or any of its employees”. This necessitates your education of exactly what a smidgen is. 

A smidgen is very small—so to explain it let’s look at lottery; the odds on Power Ball are 1 in 175,223,510, the odds in Mega Millions are 1 in 256,890,850, The odds of one computer failing are 1 in 36, the odds of two computers failing are 1 in 1,350, The odds of 5 failures under the same circumstances are 1 in 78,664, 164,098, that’s billions, but the odds of 5 commuters and one Blackberry failing after having been subpoenaed are one in 78,644,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, which is 78 billion to the fifth power which is a smidgen. 

So the odds of Obama not being a liar are one in 785 billion but you already knew that. After all you can keep your doctor, you can keep your insurance, and under Obamacare your healthcare expenses will fall by $ 2,500 in 2014.  Always remember to vote Democrat because it is the party of the people, that gives you Obamaphones and food stamps, but you also knew that when you attended the $ 35,000 per plate dinners in Seattle and LA this summer. You knew all that because you had been apprised of the fact that Sonasoft ® a CA company affiliated with Microsoft kept total duplicates of all IRS, E-mails but was fired right after the congressional hearings on the IRS began. You were well aware of all of this because you knew that the US Department of Energy had spent over $ 6 billion on totally failed green projects, all of which went belly up and that most of them had been large political donors to the president’s re-election campaign. You knew it after the AG dismissed charges against the New Black Panthers for voter intimidation in Philadelphia. You knew it because many Ohio voter districts had a 120% turnout for the 2012 election, and a dozen districts, for the first time ever, in Philadelphia had a 100% voter turnout and every one of them voted 100% for Democrats. Now you understand a smidgen and why you should always vote democrat!
