Time Travel is real. I teach you a simple method. No De Loreans needed either!

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

At approximately 12.51pm on the 22nd February 2011, I was in my office in Wanaka, a beautiful holiday resort located in the centre of the South Island, New Zealand, conducting a Skype conference with a colleague in Dunedin (276 km away), when suddenly the house started to sway quite violently as though I was in a ship on a swelling sea, almost pitching me off my chair.
I instinctively yelled “earthquake” through the microphone, to which my colleague laughed thinking I was winding her up, only to shout back in fright a few seconds later.
That’s how fast tectonic plate movement occurs.
I knew however, that the epicentre wasn’t in Wanaka, (thank goodness, because if the Alpine Fault had ruptured, I wouldn’t be here now to write this account.) I knew it had been based in Christchurch some 427 km north.
Ending the Skype call amid frenzied apologies, I immediately rang my two children who I knew would be in the city centre at that time.
My son answered the phone in quite a calm manner and told me the hotel he was working in had been shaken so violently he was thrown from one side of the room to the other.
He was “OK, but man these aftershocks are terrifying”. It took me some time, in fact nearly three years later before he told me the full story of what happened that day, and I can only marvel at the brave and mature way he conducted himself. I also managed to speak to my daughter too, and she was safe, luckily on her way to college, so was not in any building at the time the 6.3M earthquake had struck.
I still have the recording of the end of our conversation, and again like her brother she exuded a calmness and lightness about the whole situation which I continue to find fascinating.

Many people however, were not so fortunate.Sadly, 185 people died that day, with nationals from more than 20 countries among the victims.
Many buildings were destroyed or so badly damaged that even today – 4 years after the event – demolition continues and thousands of homes have been lost causing distress to many people.
I was not able to drive to Christchurch that day to collect my family because many bridges and main roads into the city itself had been damaged and needed to be inspected for repairs.
However, 24 hours later, saw me driving into the city, weaving my way through cordons of police, military (NZ & foreign) and squads of citizen volunteers trying to deal with the buckled roads, mangled pavements, wrecked houses and oozing liquefaction caused by the sudden emergence of 400,000 tonnes of silt.
Safely cocooned in the car, my children were driven back to Wanaka where they spent a week recovering from this once in a lifetime experience!
How did I instinctively know the earthquake took place in Christchurch?

Because, I was “told” 4 days earlier this would happen.

I had been projected – (Time Travelled if you prefer) and was able to send a text to my children on the 18th February 2011 at 5.33am, warning this would happen. The text read:-

“There will be a massive earthquake in NZ that turned buildings round 90 degrees. Stand under doorways and have passport.”

I have often thought about why I didn’t tell more people about this event.
But the reality is, I was not the only person who was given warning of this event. A number of people had also been “pre-warned” of such a disaster occurring, but had been ruthlessly ridiculed by the general public for being brave enough to share this information.
So, I decided the next best thing would be to tell my nearest and dearest who have some knowledge of my Time Travelling experiences.
They know me well enough that when I occasionally give a warning of such an event occurring, they will at least take it seriously.

The fact is, I have over the years been able to travel into the future and see events which I am then able to share with my immediate family. I do not make internet predictions as I feel this ability is available to everyone of us. Far better that we learn this skill for ourselves and so learn an element of self-reliance.

I use a number of techniques to Travel in Time, and so will share this easy method which, with a bit of patience and practice, will provide you with great results.

Also, I am not Dr. Who. When I discuss Time Travel, I probably need to be more specific. Firstly I want you to know I do not have in my garden shed a machine such as H.G Wells wrote in his brilliant book “The Time Machine”. I also (sadly) don’t own a DeLorean like Dr. Emmet Brown from “Back To The Future”. I must emphasise that, for me, Time Travel is not astral travel, out of the body experiences or even remote viewing. (Although, I most certainly do experience these from time to time.) No, for me, occasionally I actually experience Time Travel whilst wide awake in the physical body. It’s almost as though time opens up, just for a brief moment.

OK… here is one of my methods. Give it a try!

Find a quiet place, relax, close your eyes and try to quieten your thoughts. Trying to quieten your thoughts is sometimes almost impossible so I suggest a tip which you might find useful. Your mind. If it’s anything like mine, constantly “chatters” away on all sorts of useless stuff and can really hinder your ability to relax and start visualising. So, try this technique. Go to YouTube and search “Stop your thoughts” by Dr Frank Kinslow. It’s only 10 minutes long and is superb!

Now, sit up straight and focus very gently on a spot roughly located between your eyes.
Once relaxed, think of a place or date which you would like to visit and very gently imagine you are sitting at the top of a slide which is located at the point between your eyes. Keep looking at this imaginary space between your eyes. This is most important. Don’t stare too hard, the more relaxed you are at this stage the better the results. Also, try not to look too directly at this point, see if you can observe it in a slightly dispassionate way. Place your vision just slightly off centre to this point

A little trick that I find helpful at this stage is visualising at the same time dropping a small amount of milk into a large bowl of black coffee that has just been stirred. By visualising the milky swirls taking place, I find my eyes start to really relax, I can feel the muscles easing up, which in turn helps me view the spot in front of me much more easily.

Once relaxed, try to notice variations in any colours in front of you.
I find, after a time and depending how relaxed I am, these colours start to move towards and then behind me, almost as if I am moving forward through them myself.
Personally, I frequently find the colours initially to be a mixture of white with slightly darker patches. (hence, my visualisation trick of imagining milk being stirred into coffee)
What I do next is gently move forward (by visualising) into one of these dark patches, telling myself that it is an opening to a slide or tunnel which I am now about to roll down.
This is where I have to really concentrate (but still being relaxed) by imagining myself moving down through this opening by a rolling action – (Think of children playing in the park doing somersaults).

The first time I tried this, I focused on travelling back to the Battle of Hastings in the year 1066, when the Norman army invaded England. I pictured myself rolling, rolling and tumbling … when suddenly, I heard a popping sound in the region of my left ear (sometimes, instead of a popping noise I hear the sound of a loud buzzing bee) and found myself moving through an opening onto a muddy field ending up sprawled in the midst of a huge battle which I could see and hear in vivid detail.

It was a very chaotic scene. I distinctly saw men fighting, could hear the shouts, screams and general disarray of a bloodthirsty conflict. To be honest I was so surprised and shocked on achieving this I immediately lost concentration and found myself sitting back in my armchair at home. Subsequently, I have had many “outings” using this technique. It really works. Give it a try!

Thanks for taking the time to read this article.

Happy Travels!
