It’s possible he was targeted with such a weapon. It’s also possible he knew about such weapons beforehand and is lying about the whole thing. The unknown is always a possibility.

SOOO…this care provider, who allegedly interfaces with electronically targeted people…received many cries for help from an individual who believed he was targeted and was in immenent danges and she did precisely nothing? She didn’t gather a team to go help. She didn’t call the police. She wouldn’t even call him back? ! Wow!!! Problem/solution! If someone wants to get rich, now all they have to do is to provide a service that can provide blocking microwaves and even turn the signals around to be sent back to the server!! Simple. I’ll bet the telecommunications guys already have everything needed to do just that. However, not to leave the psych guys out. Lets get the victims in for long term counseling and some expensive pharmaceutical poisons!!! Oh just one thing. There just aren’t that many people left that have a job that has benefits.
