Mother of 12-year-old Tamir Rice Wants Conviction

Samaria Rice, mother of 12-year-old police shooting victim, Tamir Rice, in Cleveland, Ohio, is “looking for a conviction” according to an ABC News exclusive saying,
“[Iwant] the police [to] be accountable for what they did to my son. I’m looking for a conviction for both of the officers.”
Rice was playing at a park, talking on his cell-phone and waving around a toy gun as kids are apt to do when police arrived and shot him in cold-blood in less than 2-seconds of arrival on the scene even though the 9-11 caller repeatedly said, the “gun” was probably a toy. Officers hadn’t even exited their vehicle before shooting Rice (you can see how the situation unfolded in the video below).
The officer who fired the shots had a previous bad record at another department for, “emotional maturity issues” and ”an inability to manage stress” along with poor firearms handling.
To add insult to injury. Rice’s 14-year-old sister was allegedly tackled, cuffed and put in the back of a police cruiser after arriving on the scener; where she had to sit looking at her little brother laying dead in a pool of blood.
On-top of seeking criminal charges, the family has also filed a wrongful death lawsuit and have retained, Benjamin Crump, the same attorney used by Michael Brown’s family in Ferguson, Missouri.

The marches, the riots today in 2014, are not really about race, black, or white, or green, there about the governments being criminal thugs! The events exist because no one trust the governments, the police, the people are afraid of police-governments, because they are criminal-thugs, not more, not less than that, local police, FBI, NSA, on and on, are thugs, prosecutors and the police and courts have subverted the law, the courts until it’s a scam, people are pissed off do to the in your face showing that the system is rigged, if your ever charged before a grand jury just attempt by request, motion, or other to testify before a grand jury, it will never happen, –unless your a cop— the jury system is rigged against us, for cops, the prosecutors gets the jury pool and rips out any one who has ever on a jury found any one not guilty, rips our any one who has ever been discovered to have spoken against the government-cop’s, if some one would look at the two grand juries at issue with the killer cop’s, I would not be surprised to find those grand juries were packed with reliable people who would not indite,
those people who would never, never be let on a normal jury we would go before, again this can be done do the prosecutors getting the entire mass jury pool and vetting every one on that jury to get only those who will commonly indite when we are under charges and a jury that will not indite when it’s a cop. The media crap over and over about race is crap in general, the un-rest is about the fear and mistrust the governments and cops. (Trapper).
