You have to get to the one-yard line, the one-inch line, to score. You have to, I mean, you kick back to the five, kick back to the fifty sometimes, but you have to go across that one-inch line, so people do need to be in lockdown, people do need to be, have all their acts together.

They do need to, CBI does need to trigger things, BIS does need to accept it. It needs to get pushed up to the CIX system, it does need, all those things have to occur every time it gets to go forward. So they are now preparing for all that stuff as we speak. You have to have that. Is it different? A little.

To basically our understanding, the US, the guys who have been slowing, slow rolling this I think is a nice way to put it or just how, blocking it, have been told by a higher power to no, we’re going to allow this to go this time. They got their HCL done and my God, we didn’t understand the riots when everybody else knew that was, they’re on the edge of doing so. And so everybody’s quite ready.
