Facebook Secretly Scans Everyone's Private Messages For Profit - Bombshell Class Action Lawsuit Proceeds

On Wednesday a U.S. District Court  ruled in favor of allowing a massive class action lawsuit against social media giant Facebook to proceed.  If successful, the lawsuit could force Facebook to pay individual users up to $10,000 each for violating their privacy.  When Facebook users fully understand what is being done to them, they will undoubtedly feel as though they have been short-changed with a measly $10,000 settlement.

Imagine — as a human being expressing yourself privately to your friends and family — your I.Q., sexual orientation, ethnicity, religious and political views, personality traits, are all being established by the data you input into Facebook.   Millions of users already know that Facebook is “selling advertising”, but how many of them know that Facebook is selling data which helps corporations determine which people are smart, compliant, heterosexual, Christian and healthy.  Of course, law abiding Facebook users don’t fear being surveilled since they’re doing nothing illegal or controversial, yet they continue to input innocent messages which are being used to profile their credit worthiness and personality traits — without their knowledge.
