Illegal Search in Sub-Zero Temperatures

What happened to Ryan last Friday night is an all-too common occurrence. A “Routine Traffic Stop” becomes an one chaotic mess of cops and an aggressive K-9, leading to a fruitless, illegal search. Handcuffed, gloves taken by the officer, on a night that had a wind chill of -18 deg.,he watched and recorded the entire stop and search. Note the K-9 and how it runs straight to Ryan’s door,fortunately with the door still shut and window opened slightly. Something we’ve seen time and again- an improperly “trained” dog that goes for everything a canine wants- praise,and to please it’s owner. This happens to Americans every day,for no just cause except what the “law” deems necessary to stretch it’s arm as far as it will go in order to extort,coerce,and force imagined victimless “crimes” on anyone at random in order to do their job in the way the State has given them the power to.

This video is vital to education and an example of how knowing your rights,flexing them,and exuding the confidence in yourself to never back down no matter what the situation. Always film when you are made to pull over for ANY reason and never answer any questions except to find out why you were stopped. The outcome can sometimes be much more than you anticipate.

“I was pulled over for “failure to operate turn signal before 100 ft of an intersection”. I was illegally detained, pulled out into subzero temperatures without gloves and told not to put my hands in my pockets. I was illegally searched which was followed by a citation for the turn signal. I was harassed and treated as a criminal for merely exercising my Constitutional rights. They never searched my person. Doesn’t that defy the entire point of the search? Ironically, they use the dog to justify a search, yet don’t use the dog to conduct it.”- Ryan Scott
